Just warning everybody if you get food from here be careful of Maliya, she will take a picture of your debit card and try to purchase stuff online. She tried to charge my card 7 times through apple store. Messed up part about is she seen that i had my kids with me.

So my husband decided he wanted a Frosty and Fry before 11:00 so I went thinking that's what I was going to get, but ended up only getting the freeze as they said they didn't have any frosties. So either they shut the machine down after 10:00 or either the machine was broken. I keep telling myself not to go back there but for some reason since it's the only one that's close enough to the house I have no choice. So if you want a frosty from this location you must go before 10:00 p.m.

No matter what time of day you go, the food is either cold or warm. You're at the speaker for at least 5-10 minutes before you can order. I ordered French toast sticks and they gave me slice up bread. They ran out of orange juice.

We went there Friday night, serves sucks, 2 customers in the lobby. Waited at the drive thru to place our order for 5 minutes, then we drove right up to the window there was no cars, then we sat there for a couple minutes and there was 6 workers and no 1 of them came to the window to see if we needed anything. So we left.

This is absolutely the worst Wendy’s and fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to. And this is consistently not just one time this last time was just the last time I’ll ever try. I am convinced that the only reason they’re still open is because they’re one of only two restaurants on Mayport Road that have a drive-through. It’s the only reason I ever go. Tonight I waited eight minutes for my order when they brought it to me. It was wrong so I went back inside and the two gentleman cooking. The food, laughed at me because there was no one at the counter. When they finally got someone to come to the counter, I let them know that I just wanted what I ordered. There’s no apology and no rush and to be honest the restaurant is dirty. The manager came out and said nothing although I didn’t really complain to anyone cause what good would that have done. Drive 10 minutes to somewhere else or just go to Arby’s

I have to give them credit bc at this point I’m pretty sure they purposely take as long as possible as a point of pride. As a Wendy’s loyalist and a member of the community for 2 years, it’s my advice to the higher ups to either fire everyone associated with this franchise or just close it all together. I’m not joking or exaggerating, one time it took me 24 minutes to get a Diet Coke and a small fry from the drive through. That Arby’s looks better and better each time I crave a jrbc.

I decided to get “Fast Food” since I was in a rush, going to work. The cashier was “kind” at the beginning and asked someone if they can help me since I was in a rush. She recommended to next time to get in the car line, since it’s faster, and it was not faster… I was in the car line and it never advanced is when I decided to enter the building. After I paid.. she didn’t gave me no receipt or my cup for a drink and continue to prep some to go orders (door dash) while she was thinking OUT LOUD. If you in a rush you shouldn’t come here… and kept on going in a loop complaining why people stop and order if they are in a rush? Yes, people who go to fast foods places are in a rush… I was respectful when I asked. And her OUT LOUD THINKING made me so uncomfortable… and I left… I couldn’t wait for my food, after all that crap self talk she had right there. I was really mad listening to her self talk and I can’t eat food like that. She should have shut her mouth and kept working, unless Wendy’s pay its employees to be unprofessional and to be so negative at the front desk. Respect the customers while they’re standing right there listening to all your BS and complaints. That was not necessary at all. No food and I didn’t ask for no refund. I don’t want to come back to that. Instead of helping You are stressing more people with your behavior.

A few weeks ago, on a Monday night, I ate a biggie bag + Oreo shake. Tuesday morning I woke up extremely sick- I was vomiting every 30 mins until I was medicated with prescriptions. It was agonizing to be so nauseous and vomiting but there was nothing left to expel. Please by-pass this place and drive a little further for better quality fast food joints- if you don’t, there’s a chance you’d end up like me. Stay away.
