I ordered just a crispy chicken sandwich. I was the only one there, and I had 8 minutes until my bus got there, reasonable right? Well 15 minutes later I got a sandwich with a pound of mayonnaise and missed my bus by 7 minutes.

The place was dirty very dirty. The customer service was bland. The tables were very dirty, like they don’t use chemicals when they clean. There were crumbs in between the seats. The place needs to be remodeled into the new Wendy’s. This old classic set up is dirty and outdated. Please REMODEL.

Really slow service, and often times kinda rude. The interior is especially dingy and looks like it hasn’t been touched since it was first built. It’s usually quite busy, so people obviously don’t mind. It’s close to work and home; that’s genuinely the only reason I still go here.

This is the closest Wendy's to my house, I love Wendy's. I have got the correct order from this location 3/10. The day crew is amazing, my day orders were always correct, the night crew is rude, incorrect items. Just drive an extra 15 minutes for good food. Take this away and give us sonic back

As soon as I walk in I can hear the manager yelling at every person she walks by. All the staff are working and moving around and this lady is just yelling in their face. Every employee looks miserable. It’s a shame instead of yelling and barking orders jump in and help. I really felt bad for the staff probably deal with that behavior on a daily. I will not come here again. Wendy’s on Mayport needs a new manager
