This location is the WORST. Food is never fresh and it smells and looks horrible on the inside. Customer service is hit or miss. I brought my order back to be fixed and was told “what you want me to do”? I got a refund and left, and will not be returning! They really need corporate and the health inspector to step in.

I’ve been visiting this Wendy’s for the past year and about 2-3 times a month. every time I go I regret it. The staff are really nice and friendly, always nice about correcting my orders ect. The drive-thru service is very fast because they always give me the wrong food or give me my meal with it being prepared not right. I always ask for just cheese and no other toppings…I could be ordering through the app, drive-thru, or walking in and I’ve never had my order made right. NEVER.It’s gotten to the point where yeah I’ll right this bad review. I was there tonight with no line in front of me and my burger was still prepared wrong. They asked if I needed extra ketchup in the bag and truly the staff are sweethearts but they just can’t ever get my order right and it’s so disappointing. I just want a Dave’s double cheeseburger plain… I give up.

Horrible deplorable service. 5 people in the back and they are all goofing around. One guy keeps squishing the fries down with his gloves hands, and they are backed up. I dont know what the hell is going on but it's awful and I will not be coming back unless staff is

There's lobby is forever closed. It's 8:30pm ppl still do walk sometimes!!! I work right next door and I waste my time walking all the way there oh cuz they don't answer a phone also and I be damn if I can't get in.. WOW

The quality of the food is not as good as it used to be and the prices have gone up, substantially. I extremely little( think smaller than a sippy cup) frosty was $2.35. The combos will run you around $10, at the lowest. The only way around this is to get something from the value menu.Parking: The parking lot is small.

Horrible! It's next to my job that I just started and I usually like Wendy's salads. Not here!! The first time I tried it, I waited for 15 minutes in the drive through (it was 1:45 on a weekday and only a couple of people in front of me) - it never moved. Parked and tried to go in, doors locked. Got back in the drive through line and waited it out - not many options in the area and I was hungry, on my way to a meeting. Finally made it to the window where there were a ton of people "working." When I asked the hold up and why the door was locked, they said they just sometimes do that when it's slow. What??!!So tried it again today. Again, no movement while in the drive through; so was happy when the door was open upon deciding to park. Ordered a salad - after waiting for 10 minutes, someone tells me the apples are all bad so they can't serve that salad. I change it to a Caesar- just trying to get to my meeting on time. Wait 10 more minutes during which time two employees come out from the kitchen. The girl says (loudly so everyone can hear it), " You can't serve that to customers. They gonna know." The guy says, " I'll serve what I want. They ain't gonna know shit." Nice, right? Gets better: I've now been waiting for 20 minutes for this stupid salad and I'm late to my meeting. I lean over the counter and ask in my nicest voice, " About how much longer for that salad?" (Once again, there are tons of people working and not that many customers. The guy that told me the apples were bad on the first salad I ordered yells down the line that my salad has been sitting there ready to go and to give it to me. Then the girl getting orders together nearest to me begins to mock me, LOUDLY, for asking about my salad ("Stupid bitch gotta cry about her salad ...). If there was a manager in the property, she should have been fired in the spot! I know this is hard work for no pay (I worked fast food in high school and college), but it's pretty bad to treat customers that way. Then the salad I received was pretty warm and had a little bit of a funky taste to it. So showed up late to my meeting and didn't have anything to eat all day. NEVER going back there!! Steer clear!!

I became a frequent customer about 6 months ago and the truth is that the staff's service is excellent, they try to understand my accent and help me with my order and today I was surprised that they even know my name, I hope they never close this

I ordered a taco salad was not advised until they went to make my food they also had no forks until the mgr walked in with them while I was back in line to get something else so then they made my salad then saw no sour cream then found out they had no sour cream or ranch which all should have been told to me so I could decide if I still wanted it or not. The salad was good except it didn't have the sour cream.

They must of cleaned house. The last few times I've been here, staff has been friendly & helpful.The last time we came through it was raining like crazy, & forsaking their drive thru times, allowed people to place order at the window (covered) so we didn't get wet. No other place had EVER done that. All the staff were polite & even had conversations outside of "can I take your order:

OMG, I wish I went inside before....so I would never eat here..it's soooooooo dirty. Wendy's should be ashamed to have this franchise in their fleet. it needs a help!!!...carpet from the 80s!

Worst hamburger I’ve ever had.. I asked for single ketchup only…. What I received was single with cheese and ketchup and the hamburger ? was dried out… it wasn’t hot and juicy.
