This will be the last time I ever spend money at Wendy’s. It’s almost every location in town. I ordered a large chili. It was half full. I ordered spicy nuggets got regular just to find out they weren’t cooked all the way through.

The ladies at the counter were not very professional at all. As a matter of fact they were rude. And they acted like they owned the ketchup only giving us 2 packs of it for 2 orders of fries. Horrible service.

I pulled up to drive-through to place an order upon waiting there for about a minute or two I asked and said hello and immediately the employee says give me a second very poor customer service. I just drove off these fast food. Restaurants have to do better. The prices increase their customer service should have increased as well.

The employee that works the window most nights is extremely rude. She's the one with blue/putple hair that's always on the phone when I get to the window. She always has a look on her face that looks like she eating a warhead candy. She never has been polite or greeted people at the window in a friendly manner. Also, I do mobile order so the process is quicker. That last few times it has taken as long as, if not longer, than if I ordered at the speaker.

Waited 15 min for a burger I never got. They gave us a plain chicken sandwich and I was in a rush and didnt have time to keep waiting. Fries were almost cold and dry too

Why are your staff so rude? I sat in the drive-through for over five minutes, and when I politely asked how much longer it would be since I had to get to work, the girl came back with a full attitude. “Well we’re short-staffed, so you can go somewhere else if you don’t want to wait.”

Like excuse me, I’m not the reason you’re short-staffed. Take that up with the owner, not the customers.

They use to be good… now you’re lucky if you get your dipping sauce and every time I go there, they say the same thing oh we’re out of barbecue sauce we’re out of honey mustard they’re always out of something and the tea used to be really good now you’re lucky if you get sweet tea, they always give you the wrong thing

I didnt get food because the women who does the drive through is rude rude rude. Why would I buy anything with that kind of service. Best if luck staying in business because it looks like no one goes there.

Lets see, we were lied to twice by the staff. We ordered out food and paid online, the website said to retrieve the order by going through the drive through. They left us sitting at the speaker for five minutes and told us to pull to the window. Then we were told we had to come inside so they could check the weight of the order. Lie #1. Went inside where they bagged the order and didn't put anything on any scale. Lie # 2 is the fact the lady who did the order said she checked it twice and everything was in there an then sealed the bag. We were missing both an order of fries and an order of nuggets. The staff was rude and discourteous in every way and if I could give ZERO on the stars I would. AVOID THIS WENDYS.

Worst Wendys ever and not sure why this location is open. I and every other person got pulled to mobile orders to wait 30 + minutes for drive through orders. My $10 salad was given to me with np chicken, lol - kids meals with no drink or straw, no dressing for salad then given the wrong dressing in discrete. The manager is legit incompetent. She is always so happy to give lazy, poor customer service. Get a new staff or close the location, simple
