I use to work for a Wendy's near by. someone recognized me from when I quit different location. I asked for no ranch and sandwich is completely wrong. Would not recommend eating here if this is how petty workers are going to get.

Late night drive through. Forgot to order a burger plane, backed up and knocked on the window and they managed to take care of it no problem with a good positive attitude. The food was fine, and service was great!

A year or more ago I posted my review of how bad the staff was then, and resolved to not go back. Unfortunately, my wife wasn’t fully aware of how I avoid this location at all costs, and went today to get us food. In my burger was a bread clip, black in color that was wedged between the meat. Have a look at the uploaded photo. My wife made the trip back and they would not issue a refund for anything but the affected burger. we’ll never eat here again.
All the charm and customer service of eating deep in the ghetto, but it’s University and Atlantic.

I ordered burgers with no cheese. Today at approximately 3:00 p.m. I ordered a light hamburger, when I got my food guess what cheese after going through two people and 4 requests of no cheese. I was told by all there was no cheese. There are people who have cheese allergies and it's very dangerous so my next move is to call the health department here in Jacksonville and report these people for not paying attention to their orders and giving cheese with no regard. You either train your people to read the orders and fill them correctly or you just don't. Corporate needs to answer.
