I had a very disappointing experience at the Wendy’s on Chaffee road here in Jacksonville fl . The night manager William and one of his rude coworkers Travis had very poor customer service. The manager William had a very hostile tone with me after I ask him about why one of the employees were eating French fries over the food that was being prepared . Travis and another young lady with glasses on that wouldn’t give me her name were playing and using profanity while customers were in the lobby making orders. Also there are aggressive drive thru interaction with these same individuals. Catching a “attitude” over the speaker and even slamming the window shut . Management has to do a better job because Travis , William , and the other young lady with the glasses will have this place shut down .
I have to be at work at 8am why is it that online the drive thru shows they open at 7am but when I go to the drive thru they tell me we dont start serving until 8.What’s the point of serving a majority residential neighborhood but don’t serve until most of the residents have left for work.

Love their chicken wrap, bacon fries not so much I was hoping they cut the bacon into smaller chips and not putting the whole thing with the fries lol. Other than that the food was yummy

Employees are not utilizing hairnets, and the premises appear unsanitary. We found hair in two of the hamburgers of my order.

I usually order the #1 for breakfast Maple Butter chicken with bacon Croissant, and ask for an extra little cup or maple butter to dip my fries and sandwich in. Usually the extra cup is no charge. Today it was 75 cents and rang up as extra cheese. Tastes just as good. 😋

How are you going to charge someone 55 cent for another sour cream for a large potato? Especially whenever you didn't have tomatoes to put on the cheeseburger and were out of BBQ sauce but expect to charge me for a simple sour cream. I even had you take the bacon off my cheeseburger because it tastes like garbage anyways. When you work in a food business you are to please the customer. This has gotten out of hand. Thanks for ruining my lunch.

Worse customer service I have ever had in my entire life lady with the gold in her mouth really has the worst attitude I have ever seen I ask her for a Oreo frosty to add with my order because I ordered online and she told me to keep it moving

This location stops serving breakfast at 10.
Absolutely ridiculous to have to pay 54 cents for an extra BBQ sauce. Charging for condiments is greedy and uncalled for. On top of that, my sandwich was made wrong and my nuggets combo was shorted. The customer service was awful. I won’t be spending another dollar here (Crystal springs rd location). Go to the competitor next door — they’re friendlier, get the order right, and don’t nickel-and-dime customers over sauce! I only asked for 2 or 3 more bbq sauce NOT 10.

The “so called” Manager was extremely rude. Drive up to the drive through, was originally greeted politely. I drive a diesel truck which can hinder the order taker from hearing.
This time, I forgot to turn off my engine before placing my order, the order taker which later said he was MGR hollered “I can’t hear you” so I apologize and turned off engine.
I replaced my order and he hollowed again “I can’t hear you” I was like okay, not sure what the problem is at this point ….. so I raised my voice for him to hear my order and at that time he yelled back saying “you don’t have to be rude” 🤷♂️
Puzzled as I didn’t feel I was rude, it was actually him … so I just sat there for a moment thinking WHATS GOING ON HERE.
So I proceeded to place my order again (3rd time) and that’s when he said “have a good day, you can go somewhere else” I was stunned, never have I been refused service.
So I said, I’m coming to the window, please have your MGR meet me there, his rude self said I AM THE MANAGER….
I went to window and asked his name, He Refused…. I asked the store # ….. He again Refused and closed the window.
My recommendation is to avoid this establishment and go next door to their competitor which gave us Awesome Service.
I have a picture of the so called MGR of anyone from corporate requests.
I will be sending a complaint to corporate and the BBB.
