Didn't get what I ordered. Had to go inside and get my drive thru ordered corrected. Inside had a strong urine smell and the counter at the cash register was nasty.

This was the worst cheeseburger I ever had. It was not fresh at all. Wendy’s is suppose to be known for fresh ingredients but not today. My hamburger was old and my fries was warm and not hot. If I was not in a hurry to catch a flight I would have returned it. I didn’t get a receipt either. I will not go to this location again.

Not going to exaggerate but this Wendy’s has really exceeded my expectations. Now, I came here before it was no other experience such as the one that I had today. The waiter/cashier Khymani (apologies for the misspelling) was the sweetest, caring and friendliest representative that greeted me soon as I walked through the door and that set the tone for how I knew something was different. Then the manager (I assumed) made me smile so hard with a warm reminiscent description and comment of my notorious B.I.G shirt that she remembers also when we were younger. It further helped ease my usual social anxiety, making me feel more at home. This experience really brings back great memories of the good old days. Great job with all the changes Wendy’s, and great job for this memorable encounter Khymani!

I just ordered on DD after a long drive back home due to a training in Orlando, I spent $33 on a combo,,2 sides and the tip for the dasher, and the baked potato its inedible and the fries were missing even tho DD gave me a partial credit I am writing here because us customers deserve better than this. I work in restaurants i know its a difficult industry but be for real,,, I wouldn't even give that potato to a dog

What does it take to ensure a paying customer receives the correct order? It seems that this particular Wendy's location struggles with that basic expectation. If you're considering getting a sugar cookie, be aware that it might be more like raw cookie dough than an actual baked cookie. Please, improve your service—your employees are paid to complete simple tasks effectively.

All we got were medium frosties. Here's the deal. I got a regular medium chocolate frostie. My husband got a medium vanilla swirl frostie, and that came in a small glass. So don't waste your money on the swirl frosties, they're not worth the money

$9.56 for a salad that has old brown lettuce isn't close to being filled to the line. This place has gone way down hill. Won't be back
