They close earlier than the closing time yet there is 4 of them all just standing in the kitchen talking. They are rude when they speak to you also

This place is chaos.My general opinion of (all) Wendy's is that I am shocked they are still in business!This place is messy, unclean, disorganized, and as stated earlier --- chaotic.I think the manager was there doing the best he could, but his employees: Just. Don't. Care.The young man taking the order was disengaged and indifferent.Service was very slow.What we received (burger) was not what we ordered --- but it was not a hill to die on.Perhaps employment opportunities in this area are few and far between --- or the wages earned here are low --- but whatever the cause --- employees appear to be miserable here.Good luck.

I stop here frequently because I can refill on ice water & get free wifi! I eat here sometimes, service is always good. Bathrooms are clean usually too. A great stop when you work on the go.

6pm waited 10 min for someone to notice me, there was no sense of urgency to move the food, there was a man behind me with a group of 11 young girls that stood there by the register and after a 15 minute wait they all left the restaurant without ordering. My burger looked and tasted like the meat was sitting for a long while, the sandwich did not look fresh, the fries were hot and fresh, not sure what happened to my favorite restaurant

Disgusting. Came in to order food and every table in the seating area was dirty or covered with trash. No body was in line but 7 employees all standing around not doing anything. I walked to the counter to order food and changed my mind. 2 nasty fat men had been leaning ok the food prep counter and I watched as one of them ate chicken nuggets with his bare nasty hands from the tray the food is severed from. Absolutely disgusting, lazy and rude employees. I've called the health department. Love how fast food employees want high wages and are lazy as hell. Everyone working Saturday night February 24 should be fired

Horrible experience, the staff made us wait in the drive thru for 20 mins before we finally decided to go inside. There was nobody inside and only two people in the drive thru. We ordered two burgers (son of baconator and the pretzel baconator). There was no cheese which was fine because we were informed of it but we also did not get a pretzel baconator or a receipt. We got the food quickly (so why did we wait so long in the drive thru?) but the fries were spicy for some reason. Also, the bathroom was messy but not disgusting. I usually like Wendys but this one sucked.

I don’t leave negative reviews much but I stopped by in between shifts and got a baconator combo, paid $12 and the burger looked like no baconator I’ve seen before, it had one patty and a few pieces of bacon on it, for $12 I’d be expecting more than that, and the fries that I was served were terrible, I have had better fries that came out the microwave. I usually like this Wendy’s but whatever they were doing today was a terrible job.

The girls in the drive thru literally took a picture of my credit card and tried to purchase $535 worth of stuff from target. Literally should be fired because of that !

We arrived at 12:25 tonight, a Saturday night. Hours posted as open until 1 am. Sat at the drive-thru for several minutes with no acknowledgement. Drove around to see workers in the building. Attempted again to pull through the drive-thru waited...waited...waited...nothing. As we were we leaving to go to Mc Donald's next door saw another car pull in the drive-thru with similar results. I understand if you need to close early, but turn your lights off or acknowledge customers and explain. Very poor customer service and experience for us. Completely unacceptable. Will not return.
