Even after ordering ahead on mobile for takeout, still had to wait 15 minutes after I got there.
Can't recommend of you only have a 30 minute lunch break.

We went through the drive through and there was one person ahead of us. After about 7 minutes of waiting (cars were lining up behind us so we couldn't get out) they moved forward. Our car pulled forward and they didn't answer the speaker. I used to work in fast food so I understand not being able to answer right away sometimes. However, after 4 minutes of waiting at the intercom I decided to try calling the store to see if there was something wrong with the speaker. No one answered. After after 3 minutes or so I got out of the car and told the people behind me not to waste their time because at this point I know us and the car directly behind us have been there for 20 minutes, Lord knows how long the car waited in front of us waited. We drove away only to see an employee standing at the drive through window!!!! And the kicker is they were doing absolutely nothing. Absolutely terrible. If you're craving a Baconator, definitely skip this Wendy's.

This location is the absolute worst. It is currently 11:40pm on a Friday and their automated system is saying they’re closed. They do what they want when they want at this location. Avoid by all means

This is by far the best Wendy's I've ever been 2 even tho there were only 3 ladys working they were crushing it they all need raises & V she was awsum she was polite helpful & just all round great customer service I asked for a few extra crackers for my Chilli bc my baby always steals em & she hooked it up the frostys where filled fully great experience i will be back next trip to Jax

The Manger is in need of customer service lessons, gave them a 50 and total was 9.02 and after waiting 15 min for her to come to the window, she then ask if we wa Ted the .98 like it was a petty gesture while hashing her workers that was trying to explain the situation.
