Said I wanted my burger plain multiple times and get home to a fully loaded burger. Disappointed but not surprised. Not the first time it happens. Won’t bother coming back. Cashier was rude and staff is always terrible.

Just let me start this off by saying 21.50 feeding my grand kids very disappointed told me there were 2 bbq sauces in my biggie bags there were only 2 ketchup packs what am I supposed to do with 2 packs of ketchup with chic nuggets I had to go inside after going thru drive through and ask for bbq sauces that’s pathetic never again will I visit this wendys look at these sandwiches we got all them looked like this picture/ not worth my money nor time

Clean, helpful staff, food done RIGHT THE FIRST TIME! Even the restrooms were clean and didn't smell! Overall, I'd go back again!

Was there at about 1:30pm this past Wed. Only a couple of other people were there at the time. All the employees had smiles on their faces and very pleasant. Got food very quickly and was exactly what we ordered. Restaurant was very clean. So pleased that we got a couple of Frostys to go. Only complaint was that music was very loud.

Their muffins are as hard as a brick. And the biscuits are nasty, They put so much butter on the biscuits.you might as well just eat a block of butter.

This is the second morning in a roll I have been drive though yesterday was so amazing the biscuits are on point this morning I ordered a sausage biscuit and a sausage and cheese English muffin I pulled into the parking lot to discover an egg and cheese English muffin my dog doesn't like eggs so I tried a small piece of the muffin which was amazing warm and awesome I pull back up to drive though and explain I'm sorry I was suppose to have a sausage and cheese muffin the lady looks at me very sweetly but the guy from the back comes out not to bad but the heavy set lady gave me my muffin with an attitude like it was my fault they messed up I was overly nice about the situation so for her to have a stank attitude it's not okay .... I won't be back to this location not bc of the mess up but bc of her attitude about this situation she handed me the bag and slammed the window didn't even ask If I needed anything else also the second muffin was cold and the sausage and cheese were not warm like my biscuits sausage was or soft like my first muffin horrible horrible horrible .....

LAKESHA fix your nasty attitude. It's seriously embarrassing, you already had zero patience as I came 30 mins to closing time. I only asked for the burger and the drink and you tried to charge it as a meal, which I just said sure for the fries. I asked for light ice and the cup was literally a hands lengths full of ice. Which you proceeded to have an attitude about instead of just fixing it bc you didn't do your job correctly the first time, after you angrily walked away you came back visibly upset. Your body language alone was clear your weren't having a good time, so when I asked you if your attitude was directed at me over a drink I would think it would be a valid question considering your entire attitude shifted even more when I asked for the drink to be fixed. Cussing at me bc I asked you if your aggressive attitude was directed at me it's disgusting and shows you have poor emotional regulation skills. If such a basic question triggered you to cuss at someone when your attitude was aggressive I think you should seek some precessional assistance. Absolutely calling corporate. I'll match that energy
