This is a mixed review that ends on a good note. 1st the apple pecan salads are delicious that being said on to customer service. When I arrived to order takeout there was a gentleman at the counter who seemed like he was ready for our order and there was a young woman with a reddish colored weave with her back to the scenario counting money. So, I proceeded to order. The woman with the weave said in a snippy tone about it will be a few minutes (in regard to my ordering) At this point Sheryl stepped up to the counter and professionally handled the situation and took our order and did it in such a kind and polite way that I told Her that She should be the manager. In that situation the woman with the weave should probably be sent to school to learn a little more about customer etiquette and if there is a way for Wendy's to reward Sheryl for exemplary customer service then they most definitely should because Sheryl took a customer experience that was headed in the wrong direction and saved the day! I have partial Throat blockage by spurs pushing on my throat so when I found out I could have chilli I added cheese and crackers and blended it. It is the best Praise God.
When I finally received my food, a bacon sausage breakfast sandwich, it had mold on the bun. Thank goodness I looked at it before I took a bite.... The pop machine on the inside was out of order as well. Employees remade the food, but it seems like they don't care at all, be cognizant.

Awful attitude from cashier, simply over a misunderstanding, I apologize for thinking they were putting cheese on the wrong sandwich and was reward with a scoft and eye roll. Not at all a welcoming food establishment. I'll gladly drive further next time to a better wendys.
Good experience. Friendly staff, manager was great and nice to my son, good food, affordable deals if low on funds, had Frostys! The restaurant was clean and decorated for the holidays, and there is a tv my son enjoyed seeing movie trailers on. All around good experience. Happy Holidays!
