Waited for over an hour for food that was order via app. Once I finally got to the window I was instructed to pull into a parking spot to continue to wait. Not one employee moved with a sign of urgency. Just absurd.

All the employees smell like marijuana. They don’t want to be there. Waited in the drive through for 30 minutes for a kids meal. Finally went inside to get a refund and was told they couldn’t give me a refund and I would have to come the next day to see the GM. This is absolutely the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. Wont be going back. I’m very surprised the owners of this location haven’t made a change based on these reviews I’m reading now.

Friday Dec.6th/ 7:15 pm-Was told I couldn't place two orders using drive thru, went inside to place second order, employee said you can place two orders at drive thru, just not multiple orders, I said are you the manager, he said no, she is, she looked at me, didn't offer to acknowledge me or address my concerns, I placed second order somewhere else. Customer service, accountability, are not part of the landscape at this Wendy's. And the guy working drive thru should not have contact with customers you want to come back.

The staff act like children here. All teens who don’t want to be there. Very disrespectful like you are inconveniencing them for ordering food and they have to work. Please be mindful of who you hire.

Absolutely horrible location, this Wendy’s made me forget that Wendy’s brand food is actually good. Long John’s silvers is 5 star dining compared to the dog food they serve at this store, I’ve been several times and don’t think I’ve once gotten something that didn’t come out of a cooks boot in the back, everything is inedible, not a single redeemable thing about this location.

This is the worst ran Wendy’s I’ve ever encountered. Where is management. They can never get the order correct. Their attitude sucks and I mean how hard is it to read a screen and not put onions if it says no onions???

Food was just ok. No Ice in the ice machine. Ketchup dispensers not working. Womems Bathroom dirty. Paper towel dispenser not working. Been to many Wendy's in the past and this is the worst! Everything looked uncleaned!

Just on one order for my family. There were 5 mistakes made.
1. No straws in bag for 3 drinks.
2. No napkins for our food.
3. Ordered burger with no onions and it’s loaded with onions.
4. They asked for every biggie bag, which dipping sauce we would like. We said ranch for all . And ofcourse no ranch in bag. Why even ask what we want if you’re not gonna give it .
5. No chocolate milk was given to us for our child’s kids meal and no toy. Just a fry and nugget flipped upside down in a bag .

This place was slow and had very many employees . We normally never go to Wendy’s but we thought we would give it a try. Never again

Food is passable but employees are awful. Can’t even pretend to care about their jobs and saw one employee touching fries in basket with bare hand. Disgusting bar top area covered in employee drinks and stuff.

I was just told sorry we’re not taking orders because we haven’t got out the orders we received. Mean while they are trying to beat clock and ticket times by having everyone pull forward and park without receiving anything. Therefore taking my order would be a ticket that gives them a bad time. It’s so obvious! Either way I drive to this Wendys because the one on Racetrack RF is terrible. So this is the first time I’ve ever heard “Sorry we are not taking orders at this time due to the orders we received “ not closed, please tell me why your computer can’t take more the 7 tickets at a time??
