Edgar is an awesome store supervisor that hooked us up with some frosties since there wasn’t any kids toys, I’d say we came out with a better deal, great experience.

Ordered through the mobile app to this location, when I went in to pick it up they said that there was no order under that name, I went back and got the online receipt and went back in to ask someone about it but no one acknowledged me or said anything. I sat and waited for about 15 minutes after and still no one said anything. I double checked we were at the right location and everything but no one was doing or saying anything so I just left without my food.

Don’t ever go here. Ordered a sandwich and first had to pull up even though no car behind me so I didn’t make their drive thru time seem slow by still being in line. Then when I finally got my food. It gave me the worst food poisoning for days after

No coffee at breakfast?
Order and have to pull forward and wait (I’m the only one here)
Been fifteen minutes waiting for a number one with no coffee.
Slow service at a high price should be their new slogan. I don’t know why I keep giving this place chances every few months.

No service inside store. Only self serve kiosks. Nothing like having to touch something 25x that has a million fingerprints on it. Watched 2 sets of people leave because they didn't want to use kiosk. How dumb is this setup. As far as Wendy's food this was some of the worst I've ever eaten. Thank god they couldn't screw up the frosty.It was awesome.

The food left a lot to be desired. Not up to Wendy’s standards in our book. The fries and burgers were cold. There was no ice in the drink fountain machine. The bathrooms were uncleaned. The floor in the restaurant area was dirty and had trash on the floor. There was an employee sleeping in a booth when we came in. The table was sticky from previous customers. To top it all off the order took forever to get, even though we were the only people in the place and it was not correct. There is major improvement needs to happen here.

Food was as expected, but service was extremely slow even for a non-peak hours visit in the middle of the afternoon. 3 employees working and none of them seemed to care about making our order. Even though we placed on the app before arriving, it took at least 10 minutes to receive.

one of the worst wendy’s if not the worst wendy’s i’ve ever been too. young girl taking my order had an attitude. specifically asked for a burger with only cheese and lettuce, which she repeated back to me. low and behold, EVERYTHING is on my burger. typically when this happens i shrug it off and wipe the unwanted condiments off my burger but there was too much to ignore. we return to the wendy’s because i will be receiving the order i want and paid for. we ask for a new burger with only cheese and lettuce. upon asking, the workers start fighting with each other about the correct way to assemble my burger that only has 4 ingredients: meat, cheese, lettuce, and bread. they are arguing in front of us and then return to me a burger with no cheese and just lettuce. will absoultley not be returning.

If you read the reviews they’re terrible. How is this location even open. As a former employee I can’t list all the things wrong with this place. Some customers wouldn’t want to know. Just to add a few, numerous crew members nothing on their heads, no hats or hair nets. Dining room very often dirty. Run out of numerous things every week. Sandwich’s made badly. Frosty fusion’s not made correctly, this includes the managers making them. Crew members always sitting on their phones, doing nothing when cleaning is clearly needed. No soap in a bathroom for a very long time. I could go on and on… Clearly nothing is changing to the good. Health department should shut this location down. Even the reviews never get a knowledge response or apology. WOW!
