Food was as expected, but service was extremely slow even for a non-peak hours visit in the middle of the afternoon. 3 employees working and none of them seemed to care about making our order. Even though we placed on the app before arriving, it took at least 10 minutes to receive.

one of the worst wendy’s if not the worst wendy’s i’ve ever been too. young girl taking my order had an attitude. specifically asked for a burger with only cheese and lettuce, which she repeated back to me. low and behold, EVERYTHING is on my burger. typically when this happens i shrug it off and wipe the unwanted condiments off my burger but there was too much to ignore. we return to the wendy’s because i will be receiving the order i want and paid for. we ask for a new burger with only cheese and lettuce. upon asking, the workers start fighting with each other about the correct way to assemble my burger that only has 4 ingredients: meat, cheese, lettuce, and bread. they are arguing in front of us and then return to me a burger with no cheese and just lettuce. will absoultley not be returning.

If you read the reviews they’re terrible. How is this location even open. As a former employee I can’t list all the things wrong with this place. Some customers wouldn’t want to know. Just to add a few, numerous crew members nothing on their heads, no hats or hair nets. Dining room very often dirty. Run out of numerous things every week. Sandwich’s made badly. Frosty fusion’s not made correctly, this includes the managers making them. Crew members always sitting on their phones, doing nothing when cleaning is clearly needed. No soap in a bathroom for a very long time. I could go on and on… Clearly nothing is changing to the good. Health department should shut this location down. Even the reviews never get a knowledge response or apology. WOW!

Don’t come here, tried to use app to get points, the rude girl doesn’t know how to scan that app so just said “our scanner isn’t working”
When I tried to ask for a receipt so I could get points that way, she showed no effort and said “we don’t have any receipt paper”
Had a terrible attitude if you don’t enjoy your job then get another job

I was first introduced on the mic with two people talking at the same time, both man and woman, when the guy finally took over, he sounded annoyed the whole time taking our order. When we got to the window we asked if there were straws in the bag and rudely said Huh?? My husband thanked him anyways for the food and we were left with a window slammed in our face. Also my asiago burger was very dry, and the strawberry chocolate swirl wasn't mixed. Just strawberry at the botttom

I arrived at 740 am. One person was there. I sat in the drive thru with no response for five minutes. No one else was in line. The hours on google don’t align to the store.
Ordered an Asiago Chicken and Bacon sandwich. First sandwich I got was plain chicken patty. Second one looks like this. Very crappy. Also was handed some ketchup completely covered in syrup and when I asked for some not covered in syrup the person seemed put out. Also not very busy.

We just left and will never return. #1 no management #2 no napkins at all, #3 father-in-law got like half a bun for chicken sandwich, I got stale crackers and Tostitos chips for my taco salad . #4 the floors were so slick #5 table was dirty and employees were sitting @ front counter on their phones.This is a new Wendy’s that Dave would for sure be disappointed if he came in this location.

The morning crew is amazing, bacon is always crispy and positive vibes!
My husband and I placed a mobile order and went through the drive thru. I got a chocolate frosty but unfortunately they were all out. The assistant manager was very accommodating and personable. He gave us a note to come back at a later date and get one then. Thank you Eric so much for being understanding and helping us! You are a credit to your team.

We like Wendy’s. USUALLY. However this location typically can not give you the correct order and generally doesn’t have frostys. The machine seems to always be empty or not ready.
