This place finally has updated its game as service is markedly improved… Is it perfect no but it’s come a long way in the past seven years. Management is more actively engaged in delivering the product correctly and expeditiously.

How you gon open at 8:30 but then when I come through the drive thru instead of stating yall wouldn’t be opening until 10 and not serving breakfast, yall let people sit in your drive thru waiting for a response. I used my whole break time for nothing. Then the lady holds up two hands, idk if she means 10 minutes, at 10 or what she’s implying. So I come back 20 minutes later, and when I said it’s been 10 minutes, she spoke with an attitude and said we aren’t opening until 10, which was 4 minutes away, I then asked if they would be serving breakfast bc according to the website, breakfast is served until 10:30, she said no they wouldn’t, whole time speaking with an attitude. I advised they are losing business hence the reason McDonald’s got my business. I mean come on, there isn’t even snow on the ground and you got these lazy ratchet humans representing your company. Saddening.

Fourth time in a row they failed to make and/or deliver a kids meal sans condiments. They either disregard or simply don't even put a hamburger in the kids meal at all. The "manager female type"....well the employees are a direct reflection. I dropped a dime to corporate as well. Why? Bc this is now just ridiculous. FYI I have gone back three times after discovering the errors.
Dietary restrictions: None bc even though you let them know they don't care at all. See my above statement.

I doordash and didn't get a straw for my Crabby Patty shake. Nor the cheese, sour cream, or onions, much less the crackers I ordered for their famous chili. I worked for Wendy's and know how I like it. They failed me. ?

Thank God l found a Wendy's who will give me a perfect parmesan grilled chicken salad without all that cheese and nice FRESH chicken thank you very much.
