If I could give no stars I would. For a second I almost forgot why I stopped doing fast food. This place was a reality check. I always order the same thing from Wendy’s which is the #6 Spicy chicken sandwich meal and sweet and sour sauce to dip my fries in. So today November 17th at 7:25PM I ordered my usual. I asked for 2 sauces. Was not expecting the response to be “they $0.50” I guess it’s really been a while since I’ve done fast food, okay … I still want them. Get my bag and asked the girl to be sure if there were 2 in the bag. She was rude but tried to keep a straight face. I don’t play those games I looked her dead in her face to see if she wanted to try me. She closed the window and walked away. Then I go to eat my food…. Not only did I not get sweet and sour sauce when I went inside to ask about it is when I found out that sauce is discontinued! So not only did they charge me for the sauce that’s discontinued, they gave me whatever sauce they felt like giving. I didn’t ask for sweet chili! It is in fact an entirely different taste. She could’ve saved me a $1 and possibly avoided me ordering from them entirely had she made that clear! The sauce makes the meal to me! So I see they still don’t know how to treat ppl and they are definitely getting out of hand with charging ppl for the sauce that goes with the food they just bought. Won’t be returning. Completely done with fast food. The attitudes and the service is completely disgusting. Stop hiring these ppl that don’t feel like being at work! And most definitely stop charging ppl for the sauces that go with the food! $0.50 per sauce is theft!

absolutely unprofessional. I stop in the drive thru to get my son some food. Tried to pay but they said the debit machine was broken but proceeded to tell me I could pay by cash app to get my food!! 👀Are you kidding me Wendy??

I made a mobile order thinking that would be easy enough for these workers but again still an issue. I had 5 meals I received 4 drinks and 4 fries and 3 4 pc chicken nuggets. They said there was no spicy nuggets. 2 out of the 5 had spicy. Didn’t offer a replacement you could’ve gave regular. I realized they gave me only 4 drinks and when I told them I was missing a drink the guy just looks at me and walks back in the door after they had me wait by the door in the drive thru for my stuff. Like come on just give me my drink I paid for. I ended up leaving after waiting for like 10 minutes. I should’ve checked my food then because when I got home I was missing food and it was cold asf. Like they legit didn’t even give semi fresh food. So you had me wait for missing items and cold food. $30 wasted I try not to eat out much but I wanted to treat my kids. If you don’t like your job GET ANOTHER. Wendy’s do better on your staff because you’re going to lose business.
Drive thru order simple biggie bag. No nuggets in bag fries cold. Why the bad attitude customer service. If you can't provide good customer service find another job. Do better

This store has the WORST service anywhere. If you want to get waited on , you have to go through the drive-through, because the employees behind the counter will just ignore you. The employees have no training and couldn't care less about bringing in money.
