Every table was dirty. Had to ask an employee to clean one so we could use it. Placed a dine in mobile order, but was still handed a paper bag with food in it. Wendy's could really take notes from Chick Fila, they give a person the option to choose a table number to bring the food to, and they bring it out. Why is dine in even an option? The manager's attitude was not the greatest either when asked about the T-Mobile promo.

Food is not made to order, I ordered two days single combos by the time I pulled to the window they were holding my food out the window, the only good thing about the trip was the fries was hot, but the burger was not it was dry and cold and the bond was still almost like they had the burger made and just sitting there for at least 45 minutes they literally had my food ready by the time I pulled up from the order menu to the window, there's no way they can cook a burger in 30 seconds I brought the other combo back to my buddy at work and he took a bite of the burger and said damn this thing terrible I said yeah $12 combo and your Burgers cold it's ridiculous in Jacksonville this place has literally the worst fast food restaurants in the country, I've been to almost every fast food joint you can think of and you might get good food two or three out of 10 times the people's attitudes are terrible, and the food is already way overpriced and they can't even do their job correctly,

Lady taking order on 12/22/23 around 3:30 was rude as i was ordering after everything I said she kept saying pull forward and I wasn't done with my order then she takes my card without giving me a total runs it slams window shut then open it right back up and with attitude says pull up no food at this window and slams it back shut so pull forward guy at next window just hangs bags out window I grab them and he just walks away without saying a word i work in cust service and this experience was horrible maybe these people need to look into a career that dosent involve interacting with people

Placed a mobile order, a very simple one. 2 Biggie bags and a Dave's single. I pulled up with one car in front of me. Waited several minutes before being asked to pull by the door. I asked the young lady for ketchup and salt and she said she would put it in the bag. I waited as 7 other cars pulled away and about 15 minutes passed. Fries and nuggets were cold. No salt or ketchup but I did get some pepper that I didn't ask for or need. Then I find a burger instead of a chicken sandwich in the Biggie bag. How hard is this to get right? I was very polite and patient. I honestly believe these people do everything they can to make sure customers don't return.
