Ordered from them tonight, and first they got two parts of my order (a double stack and a potato) wrong. I called, they did a redo.
I look at the potato when I get home, and PART OF IT IS ROTTEN.
We understand mistakes happen. They cancelled one of our 2 items. Then they gave us only one item. The young lady in a NorthFace fleece jacket with the curled side burns and glue on eye lashes asked us annoyed: “what do we want”. The young men were profesional but she was rude, rolled her eyes and told us to go around and slammed the window. Then gestured the other employees the same instructions. The Wendy's on Merrill road , Jacksonville, FL, is the worst I have ever been to, and definitely the slowest and most unreliable. surprised it is still open.

Wendy's is a fast food restaurant with varying experiences. The restaurant has also received feedback on their large Orange Cream Frosty, which although delicious, was considered too small for the price. This location is very clean and the bathrooms are cleaned. The staff is kind, friendly, and professional, making you feel valued. The food is always fresh and nice and hot, including good fries. Everything was fresh.
