We went through the drive through to get the new Orange Cream Frosty. We ordered the large. We were sorely disappointed in the size of the large cup for the frosty. It was about the same size as a medium drink. The frosty was absolutely delicious but went way too soon because it was just too small to be a large frosty. Step it up Wendy's!

The kid in the space jam hoodie was just wondering around doing nothing, we stood an the counter waiting to order for 20 minutes then waited 15 minutes for the food. All this after first being told they weren't taking orders in drive thru and to come inside. Then they start taking drive through orders and ignore us in the lobby. No leadership in there at night

Staff was friendly, Different crew every visit to Wendy's on Merrill Rd. The Food was better than previous visits, and very fresh. The fries were hot. Will be going back : ) Receipt printer not showing any prices. But at least they are accepting debit cards, we stopped going for a while because they were cash only 4 out of 5 times we visited.Will start going back, they have a good crew.

Me and my family were trying to order and the lady who was taking our food was so rude. She would not even look at us and would give us very brief responses. Even when talking to a little girl she still acted this way. That is so weird.

Terrible customer service. The lady who took my order was extremely rude and rolled her eyes at me because I told her my nuggets were missing from the bag. She told me they were in there so I started pulling everything out to show her they were not. It's really sad the way they treat customers. The food was not fresh at all.

Twice I have ordered through the app where I ordered a cookie and instead of them informing me of them being out they just try to give me nothing and when asked they respond "oh we are out" so yall was just gone have me pay and give me nothing amongst other things I pull up to the speaker nobody says anything I had to say hello Twice before anyone said anything the customer service is a 1/10 if you do go here check your bag

The worst ? hamburger I ever had. The bacon was over cooked. The ? fries were hard & cold. The chicken nuckets were hard. Never will I go to Wendy's again.

Unfortunately, that does not mean the quality of service will be good.With the car in front of me having received their meal, there was just me and yet my order still was not right. I ordered the chicken sandwich $6 bag and discovered, when I got home, that I was given a bacon cheeseburger. How do you mess that up!?! The tea w as beige and tasted like nothing.

Went through the drive through where the lady was really short with responses. I upgraded my meal to a large and still gave me small. When I got to the bottom of my nuggets there was an already bit into nugget.. disgusting! I didn’t even feel safe to eat the rest of my food.
