One of the worst. Just moved nearby and my family loves the biggie meals. But every time we have gone there we either had very rude staff, or they messed up the order. I been giving it the benefit of doubt but this last order I couldn't eat. I had bacon in my chicken wrap. ( not ordered ). This made me uneasy as now the idea......what else. This was my last time going to this establishment.

This place sucks. Waited 30 minutes for my order. Come to find out, they never started it. Then after waiting 10 more minutes, they gave me the wrong order. Pathetic customer care. But, the ONE guy who tried to make it right was cool. No bad things to say about him. As a whole, that place sucks

This place is ridiculous if I wanted to sit in a parking spot and have my food brought to me I would have went to Sonic... The whole reason for a drive-thru is that you can drive through and it is fast. What is not fast as being asked to pull over into the mobile order parking and wait for my food.. this is completely unacceptable I will be contacting corporate on this one

Son of Baconator is said to be $3, ok if more that's fine. I got 3 and they were a total of $20, AND NOT EVEN made correctly. My order with more to it was $32.09, I just paid way to much for subpar service. Either get the order right or give a receipt so you can back up what you did that could have been incorrect or could have been correct how would I know I never got a receipt. I live too far to bring it back, so I just deal with it but do better.

Twice I have ordered a burger wirh bacon and they left off the bacon...even when BACON is in the sandwiches name. They at least made it right on my next visit each time, but it is annoying.
