Nobody was getting their correct order. Slow service. It was chaos. No towels in the bathroom, toilet paper out on the dispenser. Chicken in my salad was dry and overcooked. My husband's burger was cold.

I am a dasher and I am currently in the store, waiting, 15minutes late for 2 sandwich meals and drinks. I can not just quit this dash and pick up another. 30minutes of my day will be killed on a 5 minute delivery because they couldn't get the food right for my delivery and the 4 other people waiting longer than me. This dash is for 5 dollars. 5 dollars for 30 minutes and a bad review on me. Never order online here.

Came to this wendys at 11:58pm on February 1st and the crew on staff was absolutely fantastic and provided quality and I mean absolute amazing customer service made my night and made sure I had everything I needed that whole shift deserves credit thank yall

This store sucks !! They some how never have anything you order on the app.. no chocolate only vanilla frost.. or the other way around.. the Trans with pink hair is rude af too.

I don’t normally post reviews … I have came to this location 3 times all 3 times I have either ran into my order is either wrong or someone that’s rude… today I purchased Single cheese combo with Lg Ice Tea & a Nugget Kid’s Meal. I received 2 little chicken patties with a piece of lettuce on them with 2 fries with watered down tea food was cold … nothing near what I ordered .. called back several times with no success of any answer. I wanted my baby to hand feed herself without me breaking off pieces of a sandwich that she wouldn’t eat anyway.

This location is terrible. I placed a mobile order for food for 4 people, got to the window was told there was no chili & offered a baked potato instead. Fine. I was asked to pull forward & wait which I did. After about 5 minutes someone came out & said there were no potatoes & offered me baconator fries. Fine. Now, mind you, the chili being replaced is only 1 of the 10 items I ordered. I am left to wait again. Another 10 minutes pass and I see food being brought out to other cars. After another 10 minutes pass a guy finally comes out with a small bag and thrusts it in my window and turns to walk away. I tried calling out to the guy saying this is not my order because 4 meals could not fit in this one small bag and was ignored. I waited about another 5 minutes thinking more bags might be on the way, before deciding to go in. Inside was an empty counter and about 6 people with their backs to me preparing other food for people who came to the drive-thru long after I did. I tried to get someone's attention & was again ignored. Finally, someone at the fryer acknowledged me & I explained I didn't get the right food. I was told to go wait by the door & someone would come speak to me. I waited another 10 minutes and during this time watched 2 other people go to the counter & order then leave with food. At this point, I realized I was not going to be served. Since I had not received/picked up my actual order, I still had the cancel option available. I canceled my order & left with whomever's food was thrust through my window & went to a different restaurant. I hate to say this but, I feel this treatment was racist. It was quite obvious that I was the only white person in the restaurant and all of the other customers had been served & were treated kindly. News Flash - Wendy is also white. And I did nothing to provoke this treatment. I believe everyone deserves kindness and respect. Your staff needs a lesson.

They did not have any chili, and the rest of the order took so very long, we had to ask for a refund. No one there knew how to do a credit card refund; not even the so called manager. Very sad. Will never go there again. Lost cause.
