I will never understand how they mess up the simplest orders. I ordered an apple pecan salad and was parked waiting on grilled chicken. JUST TO GET HOME TO NO CHICKEN ON MY SALAD … yes I ate it what else can I do but the nerve to not answer the phone and of course they will deny they messed up tomorrow smh 10.00 for fruit salad.

Went to this location for Veterans Day breakfastThey were out of eggs! I should have known better not to go to this location. It is one of the worst locations that Wendy's has in Jacksonville, very unprofessional staff. If you value your health and insanity , stay away from this wendy's location. The owner of this location should be a shame of themselves.

Fly in the salad I ordered from here went inside returned the food everyone laughing and I asked for a refund she gave me half the money after I gave her back the all the food and a half cup of lemonade she said because the cup was half she wouldn't give me a entire refund and when I told her I want a full refund she said she wasn't going and give it to me and doesn't have to do anything I asked when asked her name she wouldn't give it me it

WARNING!!! DO NOT HAND THESE PEOPLE YOUR CARD OR SWIPE YOUR CARD AT THIS LOCATION!!! Use tap pay or cash when you pay at this restaurant. My credit card information was stolen at this location. I visited this restaurant on 9/10 and on 9/16 my card information was used at this restaurant. I am convinced that either their system is compromised or an employee stole my information because they were very nonchalant that this had occurred.

How in the world would you give the doordash person the complete wrong oder and then when I'm calling there phone it rings once and hangup like come on I know it's a holiday but dont be wrong and strong about it I will never eat at this Wendy's again even if there the last place open

I have to say this Wendy’s has always been disappointing but it’s the only one near my home. Today I give them 5 stars. Everything was excellent. Normally there would be an issue with something from the service or the food but thanks to the manager Kera, I might return to being a regular customer again. The hamburgers were fresh, not old and didn’t mind the mayo. Fries hot and good just like the nuggets. I give this entire crew a thank you for providing great service, fresh food and I hope service will continue to this great from now on

They really need help with morning shift.
Every morning I come here and the food is NEVER READY. They are never organized. The manager is on her phone in the lobby. There is another guy sweeping and anyone who is working is standing around clueless. Everyone is really nice but the disfunction is really bad. !! I order one biscuit everyday and it takes over 20 minutes to get.
I will not be coming back for breakfast anymore.

Stopped in for breakfast Sunday morning to take advantage of the $1 biscuit special. I stood at the counter for nearly 7 minutes before being acknowledged and it was another 5 minutes before anyone was able to take my order. I ordered my one dollar biscuit's and one of the other workers stated that there was no $1 biscuit.Special that Wendy's had ended the promotion and there was no Jacksonville.Wendy's , that was participating in the one dollar breakfast biscuits special. So I left to seek breakfast elsewhere. Fast forward to this morning and I go to Wendy's at river city market.Place to test the theory and sure enough.I've got my one dollar breakfast biscuits no problems. This location is usually missing. Items says they are not participating in promotions and ha. Very poor customer service.
However, their inconsistency in supplies and information. It's really helping with surrounding Wendy's locations do more business.

If you are in the Highlands area and enjoy Wendy's fast food, just take the short drive over to river city or Densmore. You will receive better service free of an attitude and accurate information. Check the Highlands Wendy's clearly just wants to make sure. We're on the clock doing as little as possible. The cashier was sweet and then on fall.But the gentleman giving the information was short with her and I, and rude.

HUNTER ENGLISH

I ordered from door dash, I don’t normally leave reviews on the resturant but this time was unacceptable! I ordered some kids meals a spicey chicken sandwich meal and a frosty and my wife a meal, they didn’t get any of the sauces right (not a big deal) gave me vanilla instead of chocolate frosty (also not a big deal) BUT FORGOT HALF THE FOOD! The chicken sandwich meal wasn’t there neither was a nugget meal, on top of that I call the store 15 times (in case they were busy) no answer , I just wanted to get my food but they left me no choice but to leave a review because there should be no reason the store can not answer the phone for an hour and half, unacceptable behavior, find someone who can manage the store properly! Bc the management here right now is absolutely terrible

This has to be the worst Wendy's I have ever been in. Service sucks. The food was so bad I couldn't even eat it. They just need to shut this one down and start over. Im heading to McDonald's to get something to eat.

1 star only because you can't leave a zero star. It should not take more than 3 minutes at a FAST FOOD RESTAURANT! People are on lunch breaks trying to grab a quick meal! ITS BEEN ALMOST 20 MINUTES!! This place needs new management and employees. Now urgency no work ethic straight pathetic.
