The burger đ and bacon was cold, the cheese đ§ did not melt to the burger. The person on the drive thru did not answer your question, it's like here it is an later.

I ordered the bacon double stack big bag special the fries were good and hot the nuggets were good but the bacon double stack was old and I do mean old the cheese was dead on it wasn't even melted the meat was so dark and flat no life left in it even trying to heat it up you know I could have went anywhere else I went to Wendy's and this is what I get it's sad that people will serve you old food when you are spending your hard earned money nobody in their right mind wants old food you can stay home and reheat something old.....get it together!!!!

Employees was nice but to take my order for a reason I had to repeat it at both windows and still got it wrong they fixed everything but I should have checked my drink before leaving they asked me twice what was my drink an I said coke no ice and recieved diet coke no ice. The most disgusting drink and its worse then regular coke come on listen to the customer

Service is fast and efficient, although you can see that the staff is overwhelmed because the volume of the customers with only 3 employees. I understand that it is difficult to smile with that kind of stress butâŠ. Just try.

No line outside at 1030 at night on a Tuesday. Stop in the drive thru to get a small order. The lady completely rushes us at the speaker and at the window. Completely fails to tell us that multiple menus items are not able to prepared like shakes or frostys. She literally grabs my card with the same hand thatâs attempting to hand me a drink and literally almost drops the drink all over my car. No apologies no nothing. Tells us to pull forward and closes the window before I can even get a word in.
When the food came out again it was rushed. No apology was offered for the wait. I get home and take one bite of my burger and the meat taste undercooked. I have my partner try a bite, same thing. Threw it in the garbage. Will not call to complain because that doesnât get you anywhere these days. Iâll post the 1 star review to save yall the hassle of wasting your money at a fast food place thatâs gonna rush rush rush only to give you undercooked food. The Wendyâs on cassat hardly ever messes up and they have great customer service. Thanx Wendyâs on Normandy for taking my time and money. I wouldnât even feed that meat to a dog.
Edit: After reading all the reviews within the past year, this location apparently doesnât know how to cook meat thoroughly. Everyone is saying the same thing about their burgers. Hopefully the health department sees this and goes after them before they get someone sick.

Drive thru disaster. First I order my food then I go to the second window and pay and as soon as I get to pay and they said you got to pull away from the window and park in the parking lot. After waiting 10 minutes in my truck I had to go in and what I got was stupid looks. What should have been a short story is now long. Finally got my order and just left when I got home the food was cold (I live 4 minutes away). I am thoroughly disgusted with the management there at that location the customer is never right and everybody that works in that store has a bad attitude. It takes a lot for me to give them a single star. Customer shouldn't be treated like they're bitching at them for everything I did not say anything cross to them and all I got was grief. Improve on your customer service skills and I will improve on my score of how i rate your store. If the founder of Wendy's knew this he would be so pissed

All of what you are about to read was 1 visit.
1. I had a baconator combo with mustard lathered on it.
2. I was missing the fry to said baconator combo
3. I had 3 frosty's of the new flavors. 2 of the 3 were incorrect.
4. 1 baconator combo I had was just a single hamburger.
I already never wanted to go to wendys, but the new flavor frosty got my attention. Never again.
