Don’t order on the app unless you want your order to be canceled unexpectedly, multiple times & without any explanation because nobody can tell you why. The store, app & customer service all claim to not have access to this information and do not know who or where to find it. Refund? Nope. Not sure when that will happen either.

So I actually love Whataburger, however the one closest to my house in Acworth Georgia is the slowest location I’ve ever seen. At first I thought it was because it was new and employees have to be trained and such. But it’s been open for a good while now and it hasn’t changed. Waiting 20-25 minutes to get your food in the drive thru is an every visit thing, and to make matters worse they aren’t even friendly much less apologetic. This is not Whataburger standards, every other location is so much better

This was our very first Whataburger experience and it was great! The food was hot and delicious, the service was fast and friendly, and the restaurant was super clean. The manager, Vonda, came around and checked to make sure everything was ok and ensured that our experience was a good one. We can’t say enough good things about this experience.

This is my family’s new favorite place for Saturday afternoon eats! We have had problems at other locations in the past with the food taking a long time to come out, but this location has been great and fast. Love that spicy ketchup!

Wow!!! My family thought we had went to a steak house. From the moment we walked in,The sweet older lady was so nice. Reciept says Sandra.but #230872 Five star dining from beginning to end when she took our trays and invited us back. Food was so good!

Spotty service. Food not issue usually. We are usually okay with long wait for every order. Citywide fast food is slow. Store did not have salads. Cobb Salad is my go to order. Store was out of large cups. We ordered small burger meal got a Regular. Ordered DP blackberry shake, staff kept saying chocolate? I have experienced this weird loop from food service workers before. No matter what we say they do not hear our words. No even close. Happened at Dave & Busters. We asked for a minute please. And staff repeated Salmon Caesar Salad. Ugh. Maybe it was just a bad day or team needed a break. I just like my Salads.
