There was this one pink haired old lady customer that was straight up harassing one of the staff working here. i didn’t hear the whole thing but she was yelling and taking over the whole counter so nobody could order until she got her refund. straight up b. she kept taking pictures and sneering at the worker and bullying her. the worker was extremely quiet and looked like she was about to cry. i don’t usually do a lot of reviews but that was evil of her. also she kept saying she was famous and was gonna get her fired “look me up im famous” if you were famous we wouldn’t have to look you up… idk people like this should be kicked out.

If i could give this location 0 stars I would. I have never waited longer on a FASTFOOD order. I typically have problems waiting in the drive thru so decided to try going inside. I waited 40 minutes, and am still waiting while writing this. No refund for the wait, No apologizes, No explanation for the hold. DO NOT VISIT THIS ESTABLISHMENT you’re better off waiting at mcdonald’s.

We go to this Whataburger for breakfast (used to be twice a week but since everything has gone downhill, we’ve stopped going unless we have to). It’s always been a little bit of a wait, and that’s ok because the food used to be great. Now, not so much. Sausage, egg and cheese sandwich very dry with the egg almost wrapped around the sandwich completely. Food was cold, my cinnamon roll so cold I had to cut a bite with a knife to find it so hard, could barely chew it. It got thrown away along with the sandwich. I don’t know what’s happened to this location, but someone needs to do something. Oh and that was after waiting 25 minutes for our mobile order of 2 sandwiches and a cinnamon roll so we wouldn’t have to wait that long smh. Should’ve known it was gonna be bad when a lady pulled around the building to let us know that she had to go inside to order because they were not answering the box or the window and then she had to get their attention because they were all just standing around talking.

It was over a 20 minute wait for a double meat burger with onion rings (rings were scalding so I assume that was what the wait was for). Also I might be wrong but I thought the buns were toasted. If they aren't, they should be, my bun was mushy and soggy and fell apart very quickly. Toasted bin would've held together and flat out tasted better.

I ordered a nine piece sweet and spicy wing at the drive-through. I waited about 10 minutes in line. I pull up to the drive-through window. The lady says sweet-and-sour burger. I said no I ordered the sweet and spicy wings she took my payment smiled at me gave me my food and told me to have a good day I get home. I open my bag. There’s a burger in my bag, when I clearly said wings not once but twice confirming it at the window but instead of her saying no that’s not what I have and giving me my correct order she took my payment. I won’t say her name because I want this review to stick, her name started with an T and she wore glasses today’s April 11 and I placed my order about 1 PM.
