I have heard of this place a few times. While on vacation the kids wanted to try it out. They were ok with it. I personally was not impressed with it. Food at McDonald's is better. The store could have been a lot cleaner and staff could have at least seemed to be more happy to serve us.

Worst whataburger location. I ordered a whataburger with cheese all the way and the burger was cold, broken in several pieces, very dry, and tasted old. There were only 2 onion pieces on it and they were hard. The tomato slice was soggy. There was only a very thin sloppy sliver of mustard on it. This has never happened at the other locations. This made me not want whataburger again. The service was unwelcoming. The staff doesn't even acknowledge you when you pull up. The place the credit card machine out the window so you can pay then close the window. Then give you the food after it is finally ready (15 minutes later) no thank you or nothing.

A short little girl dark skin was yelling in lobby at a manager couldn’t hear what the manager was even saying because she was so loud yelling with me and my husband eating

Unfortunately, the food that I received was absolutely awful. I ordered a patty melt and replaced the toast with a bun. I received a patty melt with a bun in replace, but my burger was completely raw in the middle like literally pink raw. I’m disgusted and disappointed that I decided to waste my money here. Shame on me.
