Food is great, service is so insanely slow. Took over half an hour to get my large fry and onion rings. One worker gave someone a bunch of ketchup, asked if we were ordering or picking up, and then just left. Absolutely ridiculous but fries were 10/10 🤷♂️

Always loved their burgers and spicy chicken sandwiches. Stopped in for the first time for breakfast. The coffee was stale. But the breakfast sandwich made with their jalapeño biscuits was incredible!

I love whataburger ,butt don't like my fries in a bunch of little pieces and that is what I got the last few times I have ordered please sell longer French fries then I won't get ketchup on my fingers when I dip them

Haven't had one in 4 years, so thought it'll be nice.. Wrong. More expensive than Texas and doesn't taste anything near it. Burgers were bland. Had to ask for ketchup and counter girl only handed out one. They bring an entire selection on a tray out to you in Texas. Overall, not a great experience. Will not patronize again. Not in Florida.

I’m on this side of town temporarily and I’ve had the same girl twice at the drive thru. She has terrible customer service. She is rude and has argued with me whenever she has gotten something wrong. I called the manager about this because instead of getting what I ordered I decided I didn’t care enough to try and prove to a drive thru worker about what I spent money on. The manager did not seem surprised. I honestly don’t care that much but when you are condescending and rude about what I spent money on it is a little annoying. It’s not your job to argue.
