Very good for fast food. Big fresh buns, fresh veggies, large beef Patties, taste great. My new favorite fast food burgers. Beats out Wendy's and cheaper also.

Just got food from here, ordered at the drive thru at 11:25pm and didn’t get my food until 11:55pm, 30 minutes for “fast” food is unreal…I sat at the window waiting for 15 minutes before anyone ever greeted me and it was just to take payment, then waited another 10 minutes after that before ever getting the food.

Never been to one before. Stopped in while out working and got a spicy burger and I was highly impressed. Burgers were really good size and looked just like the picture. Very well put together. I got a Dr pepper shake to go with it and now I crave one more often than not. Loved the food and will go

I give it to the young man working the drive thru by himself on Tuesday, March 19 at 2300. He was calm and asked customers to review the menu to place their order. He explained that your order would take a specific time for him to complete. No attitude and he just did what he could working by himself. That takes dedication. Whataburger get that man some help! I think someone finally showed up while my order was being handed to me.

Patty melt, best burger for me. From Texas to Florida, it never changes.
Took 25 min to get my order even though there was only one car ahead of me. I understand things happen, but this is my 4th time where it takes an unreasonable amount of time to get my order. I only had 2 orders of chicken strips and onion rings. The chicken was excellent, but the onion rings were burnt. This was around 9 pm.On top of that, very poor customer service.
