Placed an online order, waited till the time it said. Stood there for 12 minutes like an idiot, asked if they started it and they said no. After at least 2 interactions of I placed an online order they still forgot about me. It was a promo online so figured i try them but don't go there not worth.

Avoid this Southside branch store at all cost! I specifically requested in my order not to put a mustard in my burger as you can see in my receipt. After picking up my order and went home, that’s when I realized after making my 1st bite that they still put some mustards. I ended up throwing it to the garbage can coz I really hate the taste of a mustard. Not everyone likes a mustard! What made me mad more that night is when I drink my soda, it was full of ice! Yes, more than half of it was ice!! Are you kidding me!!!

I was driving in the mood to eat something, but this girl ruined everything for me, if you are tired of working in this restaurant, then go to another job, or if you have nowhere to go, then treat the customers of this restaurant kindly and then everything will be fine for you

Ordered from here off uber, didnt get what i paid for. Here is a tip, if someone pays extra for sauces, you make sure they get the sauce. IF YOU WANT TO FORGET THE SAUCES, DONT CHARGE EXTRA FOR THEM. And i cant just ask the uber driver to go get the sauce either. Now i get to eat my meal dry. Thanks whataburger…genuinely would like a refund for the meal….

I’ll go out of my way for a Whataburger, especially when I want to eat like a third grader. My selection, Honey BBQ Chicken Strip Sandwich cheese covered fried chicken strips smothered in a rich thick honey BBQ sauce sandwiched between two slices of Texas toast. Make sure to get the spicy ketchup for your fries. The food was amazing but the staff appeared that it was a chore to greet us and then take our order.
