I'm not 100% sure where all the super high ratings came from. Must be based ONLY on the wings. The bone in wings were absolutely fantastic. That's where all the positives end. Never been to place that DOESN'T serve their ranch cold (eww). The appetizers were subpar. Can get them anywhere that tastes the same and their tenders were extremely over-fried and dry. The ambience was average and the interior could use a MASSIVE upgrade. Bathrooms were horrible. (Was there once another toilet in the ladies room where the baby changing station now is?) If we come back, it'll be for bone-in wings for pickup only. We might try an event night to see if our perspective changes one day.

Double fried, Hot Buffalo sauce! Probably the best wings ever.....Definitely best in Jax. Crispness takes time.....You will be happy that you waited.

This is my favorite place in Jax for wings! Whenever I have a bad day or a long week, their wings make the stress go away. HOWEVER, I am not sure who the gentleman who answers the phone but he is always so short and rude. I’m wondering if he is the owners son or something but it doesn’t look good. All of the females who answers the phone are always straight to the point and nice.

Always 5 stars. I go at least once a month and Tim works really hard. He deserves a huge shout out for being fun and attentive to so many people through the day. The food is SO much better than any chain wing place I've ever been in my life. Wing-It has been consistent and delicious for over 20 years.

Full of Buffalo Bills fans the night before the game. Good chicken wings. Good beer and was reasonably priced. Super friendly staff. We had a good time here.
Been going to wing-it for over 30 years. They have the best buffalo wings i have ever eaten. The original owners were from buffalo and Dave and crew still use the same recipe . They are short staffed like all the restaurants but are able to still take care of their customers. Love this place ❤ especially Heather ?

Tim was over the top nice and they had almost no help on a busy night. The spirit and kindness of the staff was 10 star. Most of the food acceptable , People liked their salad. There's handicapped access comfortably and clean restrooms It was a songwriter gathering a regular event each month. The spirit and mutual supportive attitude of the musicians and songwriters were fabulous. BONNIE AND CLYDE ( Facebook)( MUSICIANS/ WRITERS) HOSTED AND ORGANIZED THEIR MONTHLY MEETING OF CREEKSIDE SONGWRITERS . THEY'RE FRIENDLY AND THE COUPLE ARE SEASONED PERFORMERS.. CHRIS HULL PERFORMED HIS ORIGINAL SONGS AND IS A STRONG PERFORMER WHO HAS A STUDIO. Wing it has a lovely stage and some arcade games . They also have a pool table and were packed . There were alot of kids, families, couples and singles of all ages apparently. Mike Burns I noted put on a strong performance. There were noted musicians there.

My wife loves this place, I went to get us 12 wing combos. Turns out drinks aren’t included in combos (just the wings and fries). I mean it’s not the end of the world or anything but you think a near 18 dollar combo would include a drink.

Place is great. Cheap beer and great wings. We go about twice a month cause it's really one if the best places to get wings. My wife also like the fried pickles. We have also had the chili cheese fries. Go with the medium garlic
