Didn't get to order I left because no one offered to ask me what I was ordering after standing there waiting to order for about six minutes.

I was on my lunch break and thought that most of my time would be wasted waiting on food. However, they did not disappoint. I was in abd out of there within 8 minutes. Marysa thanks for your help with helping me eat and get back to work with a time to spare. Check them out and my food was fresh and good!!!

Cashier wasn't focused, even though I told her my order several times,she still charged me for bone in,when I ordered boneless wings.Manager refunded my balance,then after all that cashier still gave me bone in wings.I didn't notice until I got home & I was pissed π‘ Tried calling restaurant but unable to get anyone there.So now I'm double pissed off π‘I won't return to that particular one again in fear of having to deal with that cashier.She was in the kitchen singing and dancing instead of paying attention to my order.

I ordered a 6 piece original hot with seasoned fried. I got that and some..the fries were too salty qnd I got ranch dressing instead of blue cheese and to go back to the restaurant to get it corrected also an inconvenience.
To make the inconvenience worse the blue cheese had to much mayonnaise..and to and an additional insult I only got 5 wings instead of 6. We got to do better, people are paying hard earned money for convince and this type of service is unexceptable for the cost π

They shoved 20 boneless wings in the same container. My hot honey dry rub was wet.. they put my 5 boneless original hot UNDERNEATH, 10 garlic parm. fries were ICE cold, there was a sweet lady in there waiting over 40 minutes past her order time, and we waited over 30 past our pick up time. Iβve never from any wingstop had this. And the cashier April need to be fired, because how are you complaining that people are ordering wings when you work at a WING restaurant. will only be going to Dunn ave now.

The young lady at the counter was exceptional. However, that was the only good part of this order. Wings were undercooked and had the smell of early stage spoilage. This was a carry-out order. If they willingly served something like this, I saw no point in going back. Would have likely been a repeat and a waste of time.

I want to say that the line was very very long due to having Uber Eats/DoorDash orders but I was a walk-in ordering and I was very patient on waiting to place my order. This was dated on 07/30/25 around 10:45pm/10:50pm. Staff were very polite, professional & outstanding regarding all orders!
I waited in line without any problems or hesitation to place my order. My order was fresh and everything was exactly what I ordered! Kudos to all the staff members that had to experience such on a Tuesday night. ππ½ππ½ππ½ππ½ππ½β€οΈ

The food is normally okay. With issues here and there the staff is really where it gets hard to enjoy this location. They will answer the phone and leave it on hold for what I think is an effort to frustrate the customer into hanging up. Very bad customer service.
