Mannnnn, who’s doing the hiring at this location?!?!?! The staff REALLY sucks and act as though they have an attitude while I’m spending MY MONEY!!! I was afraid to eat the food after I ordered because the staff was soooo unprofessional. DO NOT eat at this location!

DO NOT eat at this location!! Although we love a good Wing Stop and their lemon pepper wings, this was the first time we ordered from this location. We normally go out of our way to use the Southside location and we truly wish we would have this time. Not only was the price $60 dollars for a 30 piece and fries, the food arrived saturated in grease making it not edible. The bag also arrived covered in leaking grease. After calling the restaurant to share our grievances about the order, staff informed us that it’s no longer their responsibility once the order leaves the restaurant. There was no offer to correct the error nor was there an offer makes amends with a future order. Policies like these will drive a business out of business. It’s just so sad to see the cost of food inflate while service and the quality of food are TRASH! #dobetter

I called and placed an order over the phone and as normal it said 16-21 minutes. Arrived at the restaurant 30 minutes after placing my order and it was not ready. As a matter of fact it was not even cooked. They knew we called in the order but said because they didn't know if we were coming or not so they did not make my food, wanted me to wait another 20 minutes for them to drop the order, did not offer any type of remorse, apology a free drink..nothing. The cashier was just looking dumb founded in the face and the cook is sitting there yelling if he should drop the order or not. This was very unacceptable and because it was late there weren't any other places open.
