Absolutely disgusting. The hickory BBQ wings and hot wings were incredibly salty. The fried cajun corn and fries were covered in salt and Tony's. you couldn't tell you were eating anything other than a saltlick. the corn in the picture showed full nibblers, but we got one nibbler cut into 5 pieces. $45 for my family to eat leftover pizza and tater tots.
Probably the worst food/takeaway I had in my life. We ordered and collected £50.25 order. Food was cold, fries were cold. Items not labelled. We also had a allegen requests but nothing was labelled. Worse of all they did it include my desert! So out of pocket for £6.75. Won’t be returning and want my money back! Message to all! Go and support an independent, they will take care of your food and ensure you get everything you paid for!
Every time I go here, I get charged for sauce on the side. The biggest rip off. No other wing place charges for sauce on the side. Need to fix that at the location I go to.
Partnering with DoorDash for your deliveries sounds good, but we had an order sit on my front porch for over 20 minutes because the dasher did not ring the door bell or knock on the door. Called store we ordered from (862 E. Hillside Dr. Broken Arrow, OK 74012) and was promptly told that the order went to door dash and they have no control over the drivers behavior. This was pretty disappointing lunch to say the least. I don't need a refund, or a discount on a future purchase, you just need to get with door dash and let the know to ring the doorbell, knock on the door or both to let us know our food has arrived.
This location is great Monday-Fridayvwhen the ladies are working. The weekend staff is TERRIBLE. They won't answer the phone and when they do, they hang up in the customers face. Called a 4th time in hopes of placing my order. I hung up because the young man that answered the phone isn't pleasant from experience. To my surprise an employee had the nerve to call my phone back. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen.

The manager was top notch multi Tasker, was training someone new and still helped me out as my app dodnt show all edits I performed, I really appreciate you all and apologies for asking million favors, ty ty, may you always flourish and your kindness will win any battles 🥰😇🥰🙏🙏

If you order mobile just know your wings may be half sauced half plain... last time i said maybe it was a mixup but this time half are 100% plain... maybe call it and make sure they are doing their job.

This facility is very understaffed. The food was subpar. The wings was so hard you could have broke your teeth on them. I called the store and complained about my order. I had 2 orders and the person in the kitchen put the wings together in the same container. When I was trying to tell the person who answered the phone she said that’s how it’s supposed to be and put the phone down. Finally the manager got on the phone. I told him what was going on and he said come in tomorrow we will put your name in the makeover book and replace your order. I get there and the cashier was talking to me like I was making the whole story up because the manager lied about what he told me he was going to do. After a while with the back and forth she saw I was telling the truth! Customer service is terrible! and they need to train there workers better! Definitely want be back!

Not sure if the issue is management or the staff but everytime I order from here I have to make sure my food is hot and fresh and nothing is missing. There have been a few times were my fries were cold and my chicken is warm. We are spending over 50$ on my meal and my expectation is to receive hot food but lately it has been same outcome. When I call to complain, it is difficult to get someone to answer my call. I was excited when I saw we were getting a WingStop but my experience lately is making me re-think ordering from this location.
