Maybe it being late, or the girl being on staff by herself, idk. My ten piece hot honey rub had barely no seasoning, was only 8 wings in there!, fries had no seasoning when I paid for extra seasoning, and the drinks were supposed to be 32oz, they all 20oz. Never had an issue with my orders from there before, but I'm disappointed tonight! P.s. I ate one and was encouraged to complain!... Smh

I understand your short staffed. But when you have a ton of people waiting for their food and there's only one person in the kitchen and the other person is elsewhere. This is a Friday night. Yall need to hire more people and pay them better. Cause waiting longer than 30 mins for an Uber eats order is CRAZY!!!

I highly recommend eating somewhere else. I kid you guys not, every single time I order from them it’s been wrong. This time they forgot my whole drink, gave me cold hard fries. And the wrong wings. And look how disrespectfully they did my hot honey wings. They didn’t even put seasoning just put lumps of cold hot honey oil on part of the wings. And they gave me buffalo wings, instead of Cajun. The chicken tasted half cooked as well, this whole establishment I would never recommend going to. Also, Lord knows they never answer their phone at all. The wingstop on Arlington Expy always have amazing food and service. Please guys, don’t waste your money here I’m begging.

I thought food was made to order however. I ordered two meals none of the food ordered was fresh everything luke warm at best. A waste of $35. The employees also need a refresher on hygiene such as refraining from scratching their head while food handling. I dont recommend

I waited over an hour for my meal. I called and they hung up on me before I could say anything. They are very unprofessional and rude!

Waited 40 minutes for my food and all the wing counts were short. Had to go back in and wait even longer for the extra wings I was owed. No discount, no coupon for the next order, no free drink/fries nothing offered to us. Just a weak apology from the lady. Won't ever return to this location
Hard working people still doing it right especially with the brownies. Still open through the construction ! The best brownies around with large chocolate semi-sweets and a gooey good to the last crumb, stirring up a craving for more. The hospitality the hard working employees show to their guests is outstanding and I would recommend this Wingstop over all of them

If you wouldn't eat it yourself, why would you serve it? The celery was limp and the carrots were old as well. The flavors were fine, and the chicken was cooked. But if you don't have veggies, apologize, offer a substitute, and move on. Customer service is not a strength in this location.

DO NOT COME HERE…I showed up at 12:25am because google showed me they close at 1am. I got there and tried to place a small order but the annoyed woman up front refused and straight up said ” I’m not cooking now” the employees laughed and as I was leaving I heard one of them say “Mexicans” I felt discriminated against. This is not right at all. Looking at the rest of the bad reviews and I can see why now. Where is the leadership?? The staff is rude. I’m assuming the manager was promoted just by treating customers like trash because that’s what they do. I’m definitely reporting this location asap!

The treatment of those of us who work for customers when delivering their products is terrible. I felt discriminated against. They made me wait as long as they wanted, and the employees laughed among themselves. Terrible, and without us as delivery people, how do your customers buy from you?
