I ordered about $50 worth of chicken and let’s be real in this economy that crap ain’t cheap so I went in I ordered it was kind of a weird vibe but I’m used to going to this location so it’s not a big deal once I got home, I understand hot honey needs to be coated and butter to keep the dry rub on when I say coated in butter it’s an understatement. It was literally drenched in butter. They forgot some of my sauces. I asked for my fries Well done they were soggier than ever. They almost tasted like they weren’t even cooked Then I got my wings. Well done flats they were all drums and flats mixed and they weren’t well done I called. I live over 30 minutes away and she wanted me to come to give show her for a refund or show her what I was honestly telling her on the phone when I go there all the time I got put on hold for over 20 minutes to be told. The general manager would call me and I have not gotten one call. I hate to sound rude but when I spend my money somewhere, I will call corporate. This is completely unacceptable.

Customer service was horrible. Stood at the front desk for 5 minutes without anyone asking if I needed anything. Multiple workers walked past without even acknowledging me. Not coming back to this location!

Women taking orders was playing around being goofy with every customer I seen come in and order.Very immature.I placed my order online said 20-25min was over 45 mins,I had to ask twice when my food would be done. My first time there and I wasn't impressed at all.

If there was anything g lower than one star I would give it o e star. I have been waiting for over 49 minutes AFTER my food was supposed to be ready. All their friends getting their food. Talking having conversations. Worse service ever. Stay away from this spot.

I know this location gets very busy but seriously. Just throwing plastic cups of ranch in a bag ? Soaked through the bottom onto my leather seats leaving an oily residue.

To walk into a place to have the cashier ask the person behind me if they need help and to ignore me is very disrespectful. When I wake to the counter she then looks at me and tells the other cashier she's clocking out. This will definitely be the last time I get food from there.

This is absolutely the worst Wingstop I’ve ever had to deal with The wings were not seasoned no military discount and even though they forgot my ranch they made me pay two dollars for another ranch. I absolutely will not be back here.

Sweet BBQ Blaze wings were hot and fresh. I hope they keep them permanently. Voodoo fries were also really good. Shootout to Devanee for her customer service.

This store is the worst for mobile orders. They are always way past the pick up time and it looks as if they have plenty of employees, but often they are not helpful. They are very unapologetic regarding this. I stopped ordering from this location.
