Mediocre food. The fries were stale. The boneless wings were fine. The ranch cups are almost 2 dollars each, but they are only filled half or less. The employees will shake the cups (so that ranch coats the side walls of the cup) to give the illusion that the ranch cup is full.

I ordered 3piece tenders with cheese fry and another meal 30 dollars get home no cheese on my Fry's pissed me off and I will never spend my money there again period will not recommend this place ever

Always takes an hour to make food I don’t recommend. Slowest service ever ‼️ they obviously need help but when people apply they don’t hire people

The chicken tenders where over cooked. And the Cashier was complaining that she was tired and wanted to go home and go back to bed. She must of told every single customer that she was tired. And she gave a couple of drinks away.

Oh my, what an experience! Wednesday was Administrative Professionals day and our management team decided we would order food again from Wing Stop to celebrate the great work our administrative professionals do for us. We had Wing Stop for the occasion in 2024. Our Finance Manager placed the order on Monday for a Wednesday pickup. On Tuesday, she got a call asking when we were coming to pick up the food. She advised that food was ordered for Wednesday.

On Wednesday morning, I called Wing Stop because I wanted to ensure they didn't put the order they cooked on Tuesday in the walk-in cooler to give it to me on Wednesday. I also wanted to ensure they provided plates. I'm so thankful I called because had I not called we wouldn't have had food our event on Wednesday. My call reminded them of the order and when they went to look for the order, they realized they had thrown the order away.

Devannee called me back and advised they needed the order again. I was not in my office because I was in a meeting in the building across the street when she called so I didn't the order at my finger tips. I ended that meeting immediately and got back to my office to get the order and call Devanee back because I didn't want a room full of hungry admins with no food.

Our Environmental Manager and our Payroll admin accompanied me to pick up the food. We arrived early because we had made a stop at Publix to pick up drinks for the event. Our order was supposed to be ready at 11:30 am. We got there at 11:10 am. We waited patiently for our order to be completed. When the order came up, I told my peers that we needed to check the order to ensure it was correct.

I'm glad I did because we were missing Garlic Parm classic wings. I was positive that we were missing the Garlic Parm wings because those are the wings I always order from Wing Stop when I eat there and I can recognize them immediately. Devanne and I went through the order and labeled them accordingly and when she told the cook what we were missing, he told her to check again because they were all there.

Two things, (1) when a order of 100 + wings are purchased, why aren't the wings labeled before they are given to the customer and (2) if she and I labeled and checked the order, why did we need to recheck the order once the mistake was identified?

By this time, we are running late getting back and an order of wings have to be dropped. Our boss called us wondering where we were because he was entertaining a conference room full of hungry admins. The food was ok. That last order of Garlic Parm wings didn't taste like they usually do so I could tell they were made in a rush. Overall, our event was successful because our admins were full and happy. We may find another option for next year's event though because we like to be proactive by getting everything set up prior to our guests arriving vs being reactive with a room full of hungry guests awaiting our arrival.

Devanee was a pleasure to work with. She did everything in her power to ensure we got what we needed in a timely fashion. Why a manager didn't at least address us and apologize for the delay is still unknown. I asked for free drinks and they did provide us free drinks while we waited for the last order of wings to be prepared. Thanks for the drinks!

Ordered the hot honey tender box and It was delicious! I was a little skeptical on how my order would come out due to the reviews but it was great! I ordered in store, it wasn’t too long of a wait. Will come again.

They had horrible customer service and wait time was ridiculous got there at 10 pm and still here waiting on my food and when i say RUDE I MEAN RUDE
