They usually dont get my dipping sauces correct. Which spoils the experience. However, I love me some Wingstop!!!!

NEED better Phone Service you have Senior's calling trying to place a Pickup Order I was Holding on for 16min finally drove to store went in still on Hold I even showed the cashier that I was still on hold kinda put a Badd taste in my head 😡 staff apologize just Unacceptable/ staff was great but phone service is crappy,I'm Speaking for people that place orders on the phone and not the computer your phone service score is a score of 0.1 need a lot of work !!!

Wasn't acknowledged order by the employees/cooks for about a good 10 to 15 minutes and then after that a girl came in with a pink bonnet and the cook that seems like he's in charge was literally on his phone making people food without gloves, saw and ignored me the entire time.

Mediocre food. The fries were stale. The boneless wings were fine. The ranch cups are almost 2 dollars each, but they are only filled half or less. The employees will shake the cups (so that ranch coats the side walls of the cup) to give the illusion that the ranch cup is full.

I ordered 3piece tenders with cheese fry and another meal 30 dollars get home no cheese on my Fry's pissed me off and I will never spend my money there again period will not recommend this place ever

Smallest wings ever , like pigeon wings, very disappointed, ordered bone in got basically over cooked nuggets never again. Good luck
