Fries cold soggy and over seasoned. Wings old and cold ......very nasty!!! Idk what the hype is about ..
My issue is I didn't ask for all drums and thats what I got, if I was informed that would've been different. Everything else on point but I would have like some flats.

The staff would not let me place an order after I walked in the worker told me “I’m not accepting walk ins” so I left. Horrible location.

Could not even place a order went into this location last night and was told by a rude black lady that I am not accepting walk-ins and to please leave. I don’t know if she was stressed out, but this is extremely repulsive and all employees at this location should be terminated

Every other Friday my non profit feeds the youth in whichever area of the community we decide to feed the students who need financial or food assistance. I constantly buy substantial amounts of food from wing-stop but last night I couldn’t. Tonight, 10/24/25 around 8:30 PM, I called this location to make a pick up order but no one answered so I decided to drive there and walk in to place my order but I was met with silence and outright refusal from the staff on duty. Before I could even finish speaking, a team member cut me off and said they were not taking walk-ins. Both employees were black one female who did most of the talking and a black male, both refused to help, mumbled under their breath, and made it clear they didn’t want to assist anyone.
This was unprofessional and completely unacceptable. If an employee that I’m invested in can’t do the simple basics of their job taking walk-in orders, fulfilling online orders, and handling call-in orders which are all part of their working duties, then they should be terminated. I also noticed multiple customers walking out empty handed, so I can only imagine how many others have been treated the same way.
I left and took my business elsewhere. I will not return, and I will not recommend this Wingstop to anyone who values professionalism or community service. As a major share holder I expect management to investigate this immediately and respond appropriately, I will be reaching out Vicky who I know really well and to investor relations regarding this issue.

Apparently I think this store doesn't have the proper staff to serve customers since they make fun of customers and sell them what they want and not what people ask for. The food is good but the service is terrible.

Best seasoning ever. No other Wing Stop comes close. Tiffany and the late night crew on Fridays are EVERYTHING. Give them raises now.

We ordered food for delivery and the only thing on point were the fries. These aren't wings, they are more like popcorn chicken with freezer burn cooked in flavor.

After several years of not visiting Wingstop due to a previous less-than-satisfactory experience, I decided to give it another try in honor of National Wing Day. Anticipating a busy crowd, I placed my order ahead of time and I’m glad I did. Despite how busy it was, the service exceeded my expectations. The young dark skin gentleman at the front was exceptionally polite, professional, and attentive to every customer, including myself. His positive attitude and hospitality truly enhanced the overall experience. The food was fresh and well-prepared. I sincerely appreciate the outstanding service and will definitely consider returning in the future.
