The employees that worked the afternoon shift today needs to be re-trained or let go absolutely horrible customer service I had to leave to go to another location 20min away for better friendlier service which is ridiculous!

This was by far the worst customer service I’ve ever seen, it is almost comical. This is also the first review I’ve ever done. But this location earned it. Flat out ignoring customers. Being rude for absolutely no reason. Refusing to take orders. You would think they’re trying to get fired. Idk who runs this place but they need to clean house and go back to the drawing board. I think you’d have a better shot with talking to a live representative with the IRS, than to get your order taken after walking into this wingstop.

I am an immigrant to this country and don’t speak english well. The girl working at the register was completely disrespectful and would not help me understand her questions or what she was saying. Ive never been treated so poorly.

So I placed an order thru the app around 7:17 pm was told about 27 minutes on 4-18-24. There was maybe four to five employees ON THE CLOCK. I believe one of the ladies that was working she leaving she came back In twice to clock out from the looks of it.. got there said it wasn’t ready so I waited then 7 other customers also waiting. Long story short my food was sitting on the counter after 45 minutes no sorry no means to make the customer happy not even a drink for the wait….here is the reason why.

Clearly she had some feelings toward the other girl saying a few choice words definitely not professional with customer’s in the store and I had my son with me as well.

So the other girl was on the phone for at least 15 minutes casually having conversations on her phone and there was another guy in the store which she seemed to know because she was talking on her phone and on his at the same time.

She was talking the whole time I was there she was working but clearly more talking then working

There was also a tall man and another lady working there so 3 women and 1 male he was working as well but clearly distracted by something maybe watching a phone or something.

And the last girl who seemed to be the only one with a sense of urgency to get the orders out but she did some talking as well but finally noticed I’ve been waiting on started to get moving and after telling me my order isn’t there I grabbed my phone to show the order and she still seemed confused.

And then another lady walked maybe was off from work and worked there because she was in the work area talking to the other ladies.

The store seems to be good when certain employees are working but clearly tonight there was no one in charge but maybe they need some help or the one lady who seemed to be working was overwhelmed.

This is the second time i’ve came to this location and both times the same guy was rude, i don’t know if it’s intentional or simply doesn’t understand how to talk to people. Prior to this visit the same guy was rudely speaking to a dasher who clearly couldn’t speak english so i had to help with google translate (which took 20 seconds) and let him know he obviously couldn’t understand and to calm down. What truly upset me today was how rudely they spoke to my mother, she was asking questions about the menu since she hasn’t been here before. They also don’t use gloves which was the final push to write a review(you can see their lack of gloves in attached picture)

I’m not usually one to make reviews but the customer service last night was the worst I’ve ever experienced by a long shot and figured this would be worthy of one. I placed an order at 11:27 (a little late I know) and when I showed up the worker said I didn’t place it at the right store. I checked the email confirmation and i in fact did place it at the right store. I told him and he ignored me for 30 minutes. After about 20 min of waiting a lady came in to place an order and she tried to get their attention 3 times and they just flat out ignored her and she walked out. Keep in mind the dude was literally 10 feet away from us the entire time. The whole time him and another employee were talking on the phone and cooking themselves food but didn’t care to even bother with us. The food had already cleared my credit card so I was adamant about waiting for the food I paid for. After sitting in the lobby for 40 min (10 min after closing) the lady finally asked what I had ordered and so I told her. The wings were decent but there was more salt in the basket than there were French fries. As I was waiting another gentleman came in and asked for his pickup order and they said they didn’t have his order either so they just gave him a Togo order for someone else that had been sitting there for longer than I was. I will say though, the amount of disregard was rather impressive. I’ve never seen anything like that before. -5/10 experience

I hate to say it but today was my worst day at Wingstop. My food tasted like cleaning products. When I call to voice my concerns I got the worst attitude from the front cashier when all wanted was my money back or a new meal m. I was told I don’t know how to refund I was never trained. I also was told to figure it out online where I ordered. I’m never eating wingstop again I feel like the prices for the chicken wing combo, I should be getting top notch service. And the crazy thing is the manager at this location is very professional and kind all ways provide great service. I will be calling back to speak with him.

The large cheese sauce is a complete rip off, you see people in videos with the sauce in soup containers, spent almost 6 for ... 4 of those individual cups. Never again, Wingstop.
