Got a 8pc wing combo and im not sure if they put this order together from two separate batches of chicken or what. My 2 wings with Korean BBQ was perfect but my remaining lemon pepper wings were cooked way too light and the skin didn't even crisp like wings do. I couldn't even eat any of them and was extremely disappointed cause I just got off a 14 hour shift.

This has to be by far the slowest place I've every order from. I called from 200 in Yulee and drive all the way here and still had to wait 20 minutes. And no they weren't busy I was the only person in the store.

6 employees all just standing there looking confused with life. 45 mins to get two combos!!! Meanwhile people after me get theirs before mine?? Too stoned or too slow to warm up simple food is insane. Never coming back here.

According to the phone to place an order and the lady could have gave me the quantity of the orders so I went inside order my food 15 piece of lemon pepper combo 10 wins 5 parmesan five barbecue as a combo weather for 45 minutes to receive my order when I went to my car I ate in the parking lot and I notices once more freeze was missing I went back in she gave me my fries but when I start eating my wings I noticed it that it was only 10 lemon pepper wings not 15 everybody count your wings cuz I got rob the food was good nice and fresh

HORRIBLE!!! did a call in order and paid over the phone waited 30 minutes before going in thinking my food should be almost done. I get there now I’m thinking since im front of them definitely should be working on my food. They kept working on the DoorDash food. I ended up waiting almost an hour. They kept claiming that they waiteding on fries but steady fulfilling online orders….. they finally get done now. My chicken is completely cold and I got some hot fries so I did not want the food at this point and everybody there seem like they did not know how to do a refund

It was my daughter’s and my first time trying Wingstop. We walked in and ordered at the counter: a 10-piece wing combo and a lemon pepper chicken sandwich combo. When we got our order and arrived home, we realized the chicken sandwich was missing from the bag.
I called the location to inform them of the mistake and was told I could return to the store to have it corrected. Even though I live 15 minutes away, I decided to go back because it was my daughter’s order. When I arrived, I brought the entire order back untouched and requested that they also redrop the fries since they had gone cold by the time I returned.
The team member I spoke with on the phone assured me that everything would be taken care of. However, when I got to the counter, he asked if I was sure the chicken sandwich wasn’t in the bag, implying that I might be lying or trying to get free food. I explained that the sandwich was absolutely not there—we hadn’t even opened the bag until we got home.
One of the team members in the back claimed she had made three sandwiches, so it seemed likely that my sandwich had been placed in someone else’s bag. Despite this, I was forced to pay for the missing sandwich just so my daughter could have her meal.
This was a terrible first impression, and I will not be returning.
Side note: While I was there, I noticed chemicals being splashed on the floor for mopping, even though food was actively being prepped and packaged for customers.

I just received my door dash order and there's no ranch,and I paid for extra ranch. How hard is to follow simple instructions???!!!When I called in to get the problem corrected the phone rang for 20 minutes and no one picked up. I'm never ordering from here again. Congratulations on doing a pathetic job and proving yourselves to be incompetent.

9-21-24 Wingstop located at 5515 Normandy Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32205 This location was horrible!! The cashier told me upfront my order will take 15-20 minutes. 20 minutes passed. I asked was my order ready. Cashier said waiting on fries. It doesn't take fries long to cook!! I waited another 10 minutes for some cat durn fries. I had to ask again about my order!! Some soft talking, sissy sounding man named Kye was horrible. She asked was I Q and I said yes in disgust!! The man talk so low it's ridiculous. The best hearing in the world still wouldn't hear Kye. Kye shouldn't call out orders to people!!!! And the restaurant needs to do better in getting people's orders done In a timely manner. Cashier said my order is 20 minutes but I was waiting for over 30 minutes. That's ridiculous!! I don't even wait that long for my food at a sit-in restaurant!!! Pathetic and ridiculous!!!!
