The lady with blonde hair on 10/22 810pm was extremely rude and out of line. And then I asked her for her name and she wouldn’t tell me what it was just stood there and looked at me. Another coworker said her name wasSavana Thomas. She has zero people skills go check your cameras. She doesn’t need to deal with customers. However another gentleman did make it right didn’t catch his name.

Ordered through DoorDash, but when I got to my car, the wings were completely wrong. The staff refused to give me the extra ranch I paid for, even after I showed my digital receipt. Rude and unhelpful — easily the worst Wingstop I’ve ever been to. Terrible service and zero accountability

All of a sudden you guys are coming from behind the counter to get drinks for customers when for the longest you would just give us the cup and let us get the drink ourselves. I’m not sure how to feel about this. I know you’re not trying to improve your customer service. I’m thinking something else happened and now you don’t trust customers to get their own drinks anymore. Either way I don’t like it. It’s insulting and I’m not feeling like a valued customer. You were better off putting the machine behind the counter. Coming from behind the counter when for years you let us get our own drinks is a slap in the face. Especially when the drinks are watered down anyway. Maybe it’s time I find somewhere else to get wings.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I placed an order for pick up and I gave the staff plenty of time for it to be ready, but it was not when I came in. I then proceeded to watch a man from a creepy van in the parking lot come in and hand every employee a shot of alcohol. After they took the shot of alcohol With a restaurant full of customers, I began to understand why my food was not ready. A few of them seemed to be visibly drunk and inattentive. Do not go To this location clearly.

Got a 8pc wing combo and im not sure if they put this order together from two separate batches of chicken or what. My 2 wings with Korean BBQ was perfect but my remaining lemon pepper wings were cooked way too light and the skin didn't even crisp like wings do. I couldn't even eat any of them and was extremely disappointed cause I just got off a 14 hour shift.

This has to be by far the slowest place I've every order from. I called from 200 in Yulee and drive all the way here and still had to wait 20 minutes. And no they weren't busy I was the only person in the store.

According to the phone to place an order and the lady could have gave me the quantity of the orders so I went inside order my food 15 piece of lemon pepper combo 10 wins 5 parmesan five barbecue as a combo weather for 45 minutes to receive my order when I went to my car I ate in the parking lot and I notices once more freeze was missing I went back in she gave me my fries but when I start eating my wings I noticed it that it was only 10 lemon pepper wings not 15 everybody count your wings cuz I got rob the food was good nice and fresh
