I placed an order online for my family for dinner. Once I returned home, I discovered the food was ice cold. I took the food back to the store and I was told that they could remake my food or I would receive a refund within 5 to 7 days. My issue was this was the refund was not processed. I was expected to take the word of the woman in charge. She told me that she could text her area manager a copy of my receipt so they can process the refund as she could not process it in the. She then took a call from her manager, Robert, who told me the same thing that they stand on. I would receive a refund within 5 to 7 days with no proof of this refund with me leaving the store. I was told that I could either except that or they could remake my food. Not to mention there were multiple employees playing in the back cooking area. I didn’t trust this at this point. I feel this is very unjust. Very unacceptable and not good customer service. Wingstop do better!!

Waited over 2 hours for a delivery. When the first driver showed up the order wasn’t ready when they said. So when the second driver showed up they closed early. Worse service not just this time but every time. What a shame the food is good but the service is beyond terrible. Please don’t waist your time. Now to try to get a refund that I paid for but never got.

I visited Wingstop Chicopee MA today and I was not impressed at all. Tenders very stringy and chewy, piping hot fries that were floppy and soggy not very appetizing. My one and done! I say they have the worst quality tenders and the ranch and blue cheese dressing taste alike, both are just watery and nasty. Banquet brand chicken is about the same level as this!!! I want my money back!!

Every time I come here wait time is always sooo long. Staff is very unprofessional. Everyone just starring at you and laughing like something is wrong with them. The wings are dry as hell ain’t no chicken just nothing but crust and bones. Wings already be little (toddler sized) only thing that be good is the ranch.

I've never had Wingstop, but I figured I'd give it a shot on a Monday. Ordered a chicken sandwich and fries at 744. Entered the shop at 800. Waited until 825 to get my food. They didn't season the chicken. They left off my pickles, the bread is dry, and they have me like 1/4 of the container of honey mustard that i paid for.
Do ALL Wingstops suck or is this an especially horrible location??
Delivered half my order. Tried to blame the driver. Then when i went to the store they lied. The driver showed up and said they only give him 2 orders. They were rude the entire time!

placed an app order at 545 for a 745 pickup, got there no order and asked them to refund my money, they refused, kept putting me on hold and hanging up the phone. The Westnedge wingstop is trash and the worst customer service. foreigners that barely speak English and had no idea of conflict resolution! they will not get my money ever again!

Went to Wingstop for the first time yesterday, excited to try somewhere new that we had heard good things about. When our order came our, both me and my daughter noticed a weird smell. I'm not sure if it was the sauce or something in the sauce, but I could only eat a few bites, as the smell was very off-putting.
