Steamed dumplings tasted store bought and previously frozen, very watery.
Wonton soup soup base did not taste like chinese, it tasted more like a tasteless broth.
I tried it because it said new owners but not sure the new owners have a handle on chinese food taste.
The place was not updated or organized.

I have been ordering from this wok n roll for over 7 years. Today was the first time I have ordered under the new ownership and unfortunately I am already not impressed. I have always used Uber Eats as my platform to order from. With the previous owner I never had to wait longer then the time it took me to order from and drive to the store which was 20 min for my food to be ready and it was always just 2 people behind the counter/kitchen. Tonight I saw 5 and a lot of confusion. The young kid at the counter who asked me if I was there to pick up tried giving me the wrong order and by the time I did get my food total time passed was almost 40 min. The biggest reason I stayed with this store was primarily due to the service and while I understand you are new I would have expected better then what I saw tonight with the amount staff there was. I hope this does improve but will see. 😢 Yes, I am very sad as this place, the previous owner, has been a favorite and a hidden gem for a long time. Try harder. Please.

This place don’t Fry their Fried rice! It’s Yellow rice and water! No veggies, no seasoning not even soy sauce on it! The spring rolls are the size of the soy sauce packets cut in half for $4.95 again no seasonings!!! Shut it down! 0/10 better off going up the street to Chans they fry the rice add seasonings and veggies as it’s supposed to be!

If I could I would leave zero stars. I ordered shrimp fried rice and they gave me yellow rice with little shrimp in it! That isn’t shrimp fried rice!

I ordered the large shrimp & broccoli for delivery. Overall, the food was just okay. But I've tasted way better shrimp & broccoli at other locations. My main issue was the brown sauce on the shrimp & broccoli tasted & looked extremely watered down. Very disappointed. Especially with how much I eneded up paying in total. I'm pretty sure I won't recommend this place nor eat from here again.
I made an order for Christmas Eve dinner for my family around 1PM to be delivered between 5:30-6PM. At 5:35 I get a message saying that the order has been cancelled and refunded. I call the restaurant and am told that there is nothing that they can do about it. Terrible service. And an all together stupid way to handle a situation. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

Today I had a bad experience I could not post it, but I found a sharp plastic object in my House lo mein
And the lady upfront, she tried to be rude to me later when I pointed it out this was a shark heart object thank goodness I did not swallow it instead of that I spit it out, and I showed it to them on a napkin and they still treated me bad be aware of this check your food. The place I went to was off of Wells Road.
Very, very shocked object it could’ve killed me but thank God I spit it out. I don’t know if this is the right address, but it is off of Wells Road in Orangepark.
Parking: Parking was OK. It’s the way they treated me was horrible. It happened today. Check your food before you take it out the door if I can post these pictures and you will see what I found.

I ordered shrimp lo mein but received my order with no shrimp. I called and the manager said i would be sent a correct order because i do not have transportation to the location to process a refund in person. She called back and said the boss said they made the order themselves and there was shrimp in it. I assured them i combed through the entire order and there was no shrimp. She said her boss said there is nothing they can do. Extremely bad experience do not order from here.
