I've been getting takeout for years, and everything has been amazing. I've tried many different things from shrimp fried rice and egg foo young to general tso's chicken to krab goons and fried shrimp. Everything you order will be hot and fresh, and the portions will be large. Prices are low, too! The employees are always super nice and friendly. This place doesn't look fancy, but the food is delicious!! Give it a try. You'll be happy you did! 10/10 💜

Welp.. the line is drawn. My wife and I eat here almost every Sunday night without a hitch for several years now. Lady at the widow is always so nice while taking “our money” for their food. Well a mistake here and there never bothers me because of their kindness. Not today.. ordered a staple I order all the time… sweet and sour chicken with lo mein.. no broccoli.
Well, I got broccoli all throughout my lo mein and I did not get any sauce for the sweet-and-sour chicken.Called them and spoke with the lady in the window and she apologized with. I’m so sorry. She said I thought she said no sauce and I said no as usual. She said no broccoli. Who orders sweet-and-sour chicken without sweet-and-sour sauce? Nonetheless her answer was I am so sorry..
I am stuck here with broccoli all through my lo mein and sweet-and-sour chicken without sauce. It is about to storm outside, so we are not going back out. Yet all the lady could say was I’m so sorry.
Hey, how about offering a refund or a free meal the next time we’re there?
Nope, all I got was I am so sorry. So unfortunately, they have lost my business forever.

My husband, daughter and I visited Ying's yesterday after hearing many great recommendations from others. We each ordered a different dinner so we could try 3 different entrees. The dinners come packed with an entree, fried rice and an egg roll. Each meal was delicious and way more than we could eat at one sitting. This location is take out only so I did not rate it for its atmosphere. The service was friendly and the food came out fast. We look forward to many more meals from Ying's.

Just hit the drive through to try the egg rolls. Super nice lady, super fast service. I wish I liked the egg roll more. I'll go back to try and entree and update this.

Great Chinese food, egg rolls, chili oil, and their Pad Thai, too. Comparatively, open much later than other nearby Asian eateries when ordering pick up via Uber Eats.

This is i think the only yings i know around jacksonville. We used to have a couple locations but they sadly closed over the years. This place used to be opened inside but after covid they refuse to open it back up.. The food is Good and quality is 8/10! i order most of the time Boneless Spare Rib Tips, with White Rice or Chicken n Broccolli With White Rice and it comes out good!! Wait time 5 - 10 mins and fast too!! Inexpensive and its best to go in my opinion on Saturdays :) Definately worth going again and again!!! 10000000 Star Rating!!! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

I rarely leave reviews but I had to this time. I got off of a 12.5 hour shift and was craving Chinese. I've lived in Jacksonville for 25 years and every time I think I want Chinese, I end up disappointed. We had excellent Chinese places back home and this reminded me of them so much. The food is fresh, HOT (temp hot), and just delicious. Easily the best crab Rangoon in town and my lo mein was equally delicious. Probably not good that I discovered how good this place is considering it is on my way home from work.... could turn into a very bad habit!! 😉
