Yogurt does not taste correct at all. I wish I looked at the reviews before spending $8 , very bitter and nasty taste from the Cake Batter and New York Cheesecake. I will never return back or recommend anyone go here. Didn’t enjoy the frozen yogurt at all. Lady running the register was also short and lacked pleasant customer service.

Went in for their No Weigh Wednesday, I grabbed the smallest size available by the froyo dispensers because I often do no weigh Wednesdays in other Yobe stores and I know it’s the smallest cup. But it wasn’t that one because she didn’t have it out. So when I got charged I was charged full price in weight. $12.50 and my husband was making his froyo cup too which was also incorrect! When I asked why the price was $12.50 if it was no weigh Wednesday she said the cup I had wasn’t the right size and that she kept those behind the counter but that it was ok because I didn’t have that much extra $7 vs $13… AMLOST DOUBLE 😡DO NOT MAKE MY MISTAKE Ask for the No Weigh Wednesday Cup behind the counter.
I come here all the time and it's by far the best Yobe in the city. The ones connected to the Gates are just not as tasty.

Today, September 24 2004, I went to this yogurt place and got the worse treatment along with my sister and niece! My niece notified the asian male at the store that her selection of yogurt had a rancid/bitter taste to it, and the machine had the light On for that specific flavor., she tried a tiny bit before bc she figured the light meant it needed service. . The guy insisted that there was nothing wrong with the yogurt. My niece made it clear she wasn't going to eat the portion she served in the cup as it tasted rancid and bitter. He pretended she paid for a bad product, and yelled at her. This man acted very unreasonably and very poor satisfactory customer service. I myself got s headache from eating a few bites of my yogurt, and it also tasted bad. But the worse was how he conducted himself for 2 ounces of bad yogurt that he didn't get paid for. He not only not get paid for the 2 ounces of yogurt, but lost 3 customers, 2 of which were there for the first time. Terrible, poor, abd shameful attitude! In this country the customer is taken into consideration. We aren't forced to buy anything, especially BAD food!

The Lady that runs the place is great. I love pineapple slushees.
A decent little frozen yogurt place.They have an OK amount of flavors and toppings. Nothing special or standout. The person behind the counter wasn't sure if there were any non dairy or what the ingredients were ( we have 2 in our group with allergies) so some of us got something and the rest didn't want to risk it.Prices were fine.Overall not bad, especially if you have no dietary restrictions.

The first thing I notice is the smell, like dirty old mop water. I get my froyo and leave. As I’m walking to my car, I take a few bites and it is BAD. I think the yogurt was expired or something. There was no reason for it to taste like that. I also noticed how poor quality the toppings were. I love going to little spots like this to try them out and give them my business. The lady was nice, but I probably won’t be back. :(
