Yoon’s Spoon is hands down the best healthy food in Jacksonville. Yoon is absolutely amazing — a true one-woman show (locally owned) who puts so much love and care into everything she makes. Her dishes are always fresh, clean, and delicious, and you can taste the quality in every bite. If you’re looking for healthy, homemade, and nourishing food, this is the spot. Jacksonville is so lucky to have her!

Yoon is a wonderful chef and person! I enjoyed talking with her so much during my lunch today. She is so personable and you can tell she puts love into everything she cooks. I had the ahi tuna with sautéed veggies and rice— it was truly incredible and so flavorful. Everything was cooked to perfection! It was nothing like any other meal I’ve had at any restaurant. Talk about FRESH and made with love. It’s like she is inviting you in her home to cook for you. Would give 10 stars if I could. Don’t come in expecting a big restaurant experience, there are maybe 10 chairs inside to sit down but it is super clean and tidy. I will be back. :)

I had a great experience at this restaurant! We ordered the bulgogi bento box and the chicken panini, and both were absolutely delicious. The bulgogi was tender, flavorful, and perfectly marinated and the bento box came with a great variety of sides that balanced the meal really well. Def a spot I’ll be coming back to!

The owner/chef/cashier/busser/dishwasher is fantastic. So personable and her food was fantastic! This was our first visit and we are going back tomorrow to try more. Not a huge menu, but everything sounds delicious. Not much of an atmosphere but that should not deter you from good flavor.
