Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Very disapointed. I came to this location and placed my order online. I went to the drive thru amd the system went down smh. My child wanted Zaxbys. I should have went to tbhe Regency location. Never any issue there. Waiting on a refund.

A Most Splendid Report Upon the Establishment Known as Zaxby’s

Upon my recent visit to the esteemed Zaxby’s, I found myself most thoroughly pleased. The victuals presented were of delightful character, particularly the famed chicken tenders, which possessed a most admirable crispness and a seasoning most redolent of culinary triumph. The sauces, too, were of such distinguished variety that one might fancy oneself a gentleman of high palate on a grand tour of sauced delight.

An especial commendation must be tendered to a most spirited fellow by the name of Jaden, a lively gentleman of Asiatic heritage, whose boundless energy filled the establishment with great mirth. This exuberant attendant engaged in a most theatrical display of mock combat, appearing to seize his compatriots Daniel and Richard in playful feigned restraint, much to the amusement of patrons. Far from causing alarm, these jovial exertions contributed to an atmosphere of genial camaraderie. One could scarcely have felt more entertained had one been seated in a London playhouse.

In conclusion, this humble reviewer asserts, without hesitation, that Zaxby’s provides both comestible excellence and diverting spectacle. A return visit shall most assuredly be undertaken at the earliest convenience.

Drive thru moved quickly for it to be lunch hour with cars wrapped around the building.

This time they forgot my cutlery and drink straw. Luckily had a spare of each in my vehicle. App needs to be updated for curbside so the customer can let them know they are parked instead of needing to make a phone call. Overall, experience was ok.

I go to Zaxby's at least twice a month and I can surely say I never have an issue here they never mess my order up it's always hot and fresh

Went to this location on 4/22/25 at about 8 pm.Ordered the Zac seas surf and turf when we opened the box it was in The Shrimp was burnt (Dark Brown)took back to counter and was told it always looks that way !!! I know this is not the case as have had it at Different locations in Jax.
Employees were more worried about closing store than worrying about our issue.Took Picture of Shrimp and Threw Shrimp in trash as it was not Edible
This location is closest to my House and we will not be going back as the food and service has been getting worse over the last year
Contacted their website as they asked me to and I got NO RESPONSE From them .
Glad Firehouse Subs is back open as I will not go back to this Zaxbys location..

Ordered online, asked for extra seasoning on my fries, got no seasoning instead. The app messed up, deleted my $5 off $20 promo. Zaxbys is going downhill lately.

I originally had this up to do 5 stars bc I’m always complaining in my reviews my food was hot (sd of fries) and then i opened my main box to see what i didn’t ask for. They don’t do all flats but also won’t tell you that when you order it…

I would have gotten something else. food was hot tho and they gave me my sauce i asked for just missed the most important stuff lol.

I ordered 20 piece traditional wings in the drive-thru around 8:45 pm. They didn't have much sauce and were dried out. I guess it was too close to closing time. On a positive note, the young lady taking the order was courteous.

Great service,the cashier was friendly and attentive. She was polite while taking my order. I made several alterations and she never gave me attitude. I got my salad fast. The store was clean and the smell of food cooking was a treat. I got a Cobb salad with no tomato, ez cheese, no toast. That was my only problem, they still put way to much cheese. Other than that my experience was pleasant and my salad was delightful! Definitely will be back.

I usually like Zaxby's because of their consistently good food. Not this time!

I spent over $30 for a Zenzation Zalad, a five piece platter and fried pickles.
The salad looked like it had been leftover from days ago. The egg roll on it was burnt. There were exactly 5 pieces of chicken. And they only included one dressing packet.
The fries on the platter were almost cooked all the way through but had no seasonings on them whatsoever. And we're so used to being asked if we wanted slaw or double fries, when they didn't, I forgot to order double fries. Also her chicken tenders weren't very tender.
The only thing that was remotely good were the fried pickles, but they too were a little overdone.
If you're craving Zaxby's, as my daughter was, don't go to this location on University.
