Valerie who was extremely rude and unprofessional should not be managing anyone’s store. The employee was more professional than her. I asked for all flats which the young man added to my receipt. I waited for the food and told them I didn’t have all flats. The young man told Valarie the manager he told them all flats. Which the receipt states. She responded rudely to him and said “We don’t do that.” So he said well it’s and option for me to do it. She was so rude to him until I just said no worries just give me a refund. However, I wouldn’t have made the purchase had you told me that. She was sarcastic when I asked for customer service by saying “Look it up. And we are franchised.” It would’ve cost her nothing to make the order right. I will be going to social media and filing a complaint. She should not be in charge. You could tell how the staff was looking they are afraid of her.

Had a 97.69 order they did not have a sign that said no 100 bills excepted when I said something she moved a couple terrible display with this nasty tore up sign under the women told me to next door abd break my hundred if I wanted food with her attitude I can only imagine the food would have been just as bad so we went to chik fil a will not be back

I called to speak to a manger, and I got hung up on, employees very rude and that’s not okay .
Food was good,
No one was in dining room but was ignored for atleast 3 minutes. When someone finally came to take our order, she spoke so quietly and quickly we could not understand her.
The drink machine is so sticky, dinning room is seating, is has food an seats, this is at opening.

I did online order for pick up at 6:40 pm. I expected it to be ready when I arrived. I come to find out inside is locked, drive thru only! Long line at the drive thru is delaying my pick up.Finally got the food at the window 30 mins later. That's the reason for online order to pick up and go, not wait!

Too many young kids on cell phones and do not even attempt to smile or speak. Just merely hold their hand out to take the payment and hand back out to return card or currency. Repeat customers require staff to understand that returning customers need a positive first impression and atmosphere. One particular day i was told it would be 20 min wait because the chicken was frozen @1730hours. What other protein is served where you forget to take out chicken to serve.

Please train your drive thru staff as they have no manners or customer service.. didn’t even order or want the food anymore
Just spent 75 dollars to have plates of burned and old food toast was old I wouldn’t even feed it to my dogs….. I called to speak to the manager and one of the employees was on the other phone listening and yelled I told you if you knew the food was old why serve it!!!!!!!!nothing but young kids there playing instead of making sure the job gets done
