Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I am writing this review as I sit in the parking lot 15 minutes over the time my order said it would be ready. I pulled into the drive thru they told me to pull around and totally forgot my order until I went back in then they started to prepare it. Terrible service and a staff that doesn’t care.

I would never usually rate a fast food restaurant but the lunch staff here are SOOOO nice!!!! They all deserve raises!!

Asian and Cobb Salads were terrible. The tomatoes weren't any good. The fried chicken on both salads were ice cold. I am use to my chicken being cooked fresh , cut and placed on my salad. I don't understand why these chain restaurants can't be consistent with their products.

I recently visited this location, and had the pleasure of having Michael handling my order. He was not only patient, but even helped me decide what I wanted. Michael's enthusiasm was far above what I generally expect. It was short yet, an awesome experience. Thank you Michael!

THOSE CHICKEN FINGERS ARE BEING FRIED TOO LONG. THEY ARE HARD LIKE ROCKS. OVER-COOKED AND A WASTE OF MONEY. THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO BE PLIABLE, YET CRISPY AND GOLDEN. NOT HARD, GREASY ROCKS. THE NEXT TIME YOU SERVE ME GARBAGE, I'M GONNA WANT A REFUND AND THANK YOU.

2 stars oh how I wish I could rate them higher! But I can only rate them 2 stars. Why? All the while the managers listed: Gwen, Alex, and Ashley are amazing! Faith is the worst manager and deserves to be fired from his job very snappy and rude and acts like a complete douchebag nobody there likes him anyway, so I am not the only one who feels this way about him. This isn't my first time here, I came here back in (2021) and never had a problem before I started working here.

Now, the same problem goes for Caryn who made life difficult for me when I canceled an order and Christian stood right there and didn't say a word 2 months ago. I left as the gentleman that I am I left and was ignored when I reported her behavior. I won't be coming back here ever again, even though the food and overall service, for the most part, were fine and I enjoyed my time here while it lasted, I won't be coming back here ever again.

Vegetarian options: You can get either a Cobb salad or a House Salad here as a vegetarian option.

Older lady who works the drive-through might be the worst customer service employee of any establishment that I frequent. I only go here, because my son loves the food. If it were up to me I would never go here just because of the poor service alone. Hopefully, ownership takes this review seriously...
