Ordered the snack with wings and tenders. Everything was literally coated in salt. Fries, even the toast was salty. The cashiers were not interested in the customer’s and I really tried to make her smile. No go. I had never eaten at your establishment before and never will again. What a waste of almost $16 and 45 min of my time.

I get home from getting this to go meal and the coleslaw is everywhere! Why wouldn’t you put this in a cup with a lid?! For $12 I expect to not have soggy ass food. Also this chicken fingers are so tiny. Zaxby’s used to be half decent. Not anymore.

Really Zaxbys!?! Who in their right mind would serve fries to someone like this and think that’s acceptable. These fries taste rancid and as you can see they don’t really look very appetizing do they ?

Eggrollr old and burned after my nail appt I to go back and return it!

I waited over 12 minutes for my food and yet it was cold when it came out. Not hot, not warm either. The workers seemed more interested in talking and clowning than working. Even the cooks in the back stuck their heads in the window to see what was going on. No wonder the food was cold. Definitely needs a food inspection if food is coming out that cold. What else is going on in the back?

They miss every time, worst location

I ordered my food online and got there 7 minutes after I ordered my food. Walked inside and had 3 orders ahead of mine then my order was next they bypassed my orders for the next 3 orders and 2 of the orders has the same stuff my did. Then some guy walked inside and the cooks girls at register and drive all were talking and not working while they had a full line and multiple orders inside and everyone was waiting!!! Horrible service and they finally gave me my food 17 minutes after I arrived and did not even give me my 2 drinks. They were more focused on talking about the guy and some girl messing around then customers and there orders!!! Did not see any manager and Management needs to be addressed and employees need some serious training and focusing on there actually job. They were all playing around doing what they wanted to do. I normally come 2-3 times a week but I will not come back here until this is addressed!

Horrible experience not able to customize anything I got a whole bunch of I can’t do this. I can’t do that then I was told to pull up through the drive-through and I’m waiting outside for like 10 minutes. Go online to look at the reviews first review I see somebody else at the same place five days ago, saying that they had the exact same experience that they were sitting in their car and they had to go inside and get their food and the food just was sitting on there waiting for it and even in that post, they were talking about somebody else that had the same experience that they saw which made me get up at my car going inside and sure enough same things happen to me Absolute trash.

To the “The right one” post, I had the same issue 2 days ago. I was told to pull up to wait for my order. I gave them approximately 5 minutes. Went inside and asked about my order. It was sitting right there on the counter. Nothing but poor work ethics.

Sorriest drive thru in oakleaf .. they pull you up and forget you’re outside .. this has happened to me twice at this location and I’ve went inside and food will be sitting at the counter ready and they’ll say I forgot you was out there or I didn’t know you was out there .. very unacceptable
