Dax was very rude taking orders in the drive thru. Had a terrible attitude.

Placed online order while walking in the door. Stood AT THE COUNTER for 20 minutes or so while my food was put to the side with other orders waitn to get picked up. At this store, they do this often. They don't call out the names of orders unless it's a lot of ppl standing waiting on food...

Got a terrible disgusting rotten Cobb salad. My husband went back in to trade it for a fresh one and came back with an even worse rotten salad called the manager to complain and all he said was I’m sorry and hung up. The phone will never be going to this location again

Purchased the chicken tacos. The single piece of chicken in each was the size of chicken nuggets. $8.12 for basically 2 chicken nuggets. C'mon Zaxbys I really like you guys. Very disappointed.

The absolute worst thing is taking a bite of spoiled food. My coleslaw was so rancid I had instantly spit it out and then threw up. I called the store and a young boy said he “was” the manager and I told them to please check their coleslaw as it potentially could make people really sick. He said ok but didn’t sound too concerned.

I decided to dine in with my husband just for the fun of it & we 100% did not regret our decision! From the moment we walked in we were quickly greeted by Mihya and she was the sweetest girl. I usually run into bad customer service with establishments that have a lot of younger people but she was like a breath of fresh air. She even came to ask us if our food was ok or if we needed anything and took our trash and tray when we were finished. She was very kind and helpful, she definitely made our dine in experience worth it😊.

Worst chicken I've ever tasted. It was literally rubberized, like it was cooked yesterday and microwaved. This was my first and last time here. Service was great. Place was clean. But the food is over processed garbage. I couldn't even finish it.
