Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Did an online order that clearly said it was drive thru, I get to it and they say it’s on the shelf inside………..I say I need to come inside now??? Instead of just handing me the food through the drive thru I had to come around and park and come inside….

This Zaxbys represents nothing but terrible service. If you are considering supporting this location, I would highyl reconsider, due to the lack of care that the staff gives, and the quality that they present. Unfortunately, there is a low possibility of the service getting better, due to the fact that they falsify their desire for new staff. I understand that many people only work for a paycheck, which is why I'm turning this to management. They do not deserve to hold a position of power when they do not care whatsoever about what goes on within their store. The lack of responsibility and accountability is quite jarring, when there are many easy fixes to the problems that they continue to ignore. The only hope for this store is that it either gets the attention of their corporate offices, or that it shuts down entirely. Within all my years of living in Florida, I have never seen anything worse than this.

It's been play a while since I've had Zaxby's and we were staying at the hotel very close by to there so we picked up some food on the way back to the hotel. We only got chicken tenders but they were good!

I mean, aren’t you supposed to be paying attention to this? The service was garbage. Be ready to wait. And I really mean wait. There’s no senior manager here pushing these kids. They’re just playing around and not focusing on the orders. I can see by the ratings that I’m correct on my review as well. There’s plenty of employees, they just ain’t doing nothing.

Iv never had a more disappointing time at zakbys or any fast food place in general. I created a pickup order for 6:15 at 3:00. I get there at 6:15 my food isnt ready. I work 20 miniutes down the road and order like this so i can get the food i want and eat, there someone else waiting for their uber eats order also. I asked for the manager because i literally ordered 3 hours before and he was so rude and unempathetic and just didnt care what so ever. He tried arguing with me about how it shows up on there system at a certain time. I worked at zakbys i know this isnt true whatsoever. I know there should be more than plently time for them to see my order and create it. They ignored the uber eats guy when he asked about his order and he just walked out. Theres no reason one of your workers should be calling me by my first name telling me “have a nice day evan” after all of that happened after i expressed my frustration and dissatisfaction with their service and food. I will not be coming back here ever again. They didn’t even offer to pay or to give me some type of compensation for the time wasted.

Food was sloppy with sauce all over the box and bag. Chicken and fries tasted weird like fryer grease hasn't been changed in a while. Everything was bad. Should've went to Chick-fil-A instead.
