Never going here again. I was waiting for my $25 food for over 30 minutes. The guy said technical difficulties, but when I went up to the window, there was nothing technical about it except for the fact that they couldn’t do their job. They’re lucky they don’t rely on tips. One of the guys was eating loaded fries while on the job they even asked to see my receipt because they couldn’t even pack a bag correctly. They did not have it together. even if they gave me my food for free because I waited so long, I’d still be upset and would writing this review right now, they took so long that I went through my whole contacts and called everyone I loved to tell them idk if I’ll make it home cause I’ll die from old age at my neighborhood zaxbys. I almost left multiple times, but I really wanted some zax sauce and fried pickles. You will regret waiting here. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I would’ve rather starved.

Ordered the grilled Zensation. After waiting, was told they didn’t have the citrus dressing that makes this the Zensation. I didn’t care for the other dressing choices, so asked for refund, didn’t want the salad. Employee had to go find the manager… waited.. came back said they did have the dressing. Left and got home, no eggroll for my small 12.00 salad.

Tried to schedule a $$$ lunch with GM at the store when another rep ditched on a client of mine. After being told that the lunch couldn't be accomodated via ezCater I tried calling the store. The GM was extremely rude and upset because I was trying to juggle finding someone to pick up the food and get the food delivered on time (I was trying to do this while out of town). He told me he was extremely busy and to call back. I explained that if he gave me a second I could place the order which was gonna be several hundred dollars. Obviously he did not want the business, didn't have patience and no consideration for the tough spot I was in--in trying to help the ofc. Patience is a virtue and doing this solid would have resulted in much business from me. I guess he didn't understand that!

Parking at this location can be a bit dicey if they have a lot of drive up customers. We went inside for a weekday lunch. The counter servers we talked with were pleasant and efficient. The order came up in a reasonable time. The house salad was a good size and did not have questionable produce. The chicken sandwiches and fries were good. The dining room looked clean and orderly. The drink/condiment station was fine given how many people use it. Overall we had a good visit and will surely return.

This is by far the worst Zaxby’s in town. I live less than a mile from this location and will happily drive the extra miles to the new location on Race Track Rd. If you want cold, soggy fries with no seasoning, old bread that is stale, and chicken so hard that you can’t even chew it, this is your place. The employees are terrible, they all seem like they hate their job. Horrible experience every single time I’ve gone. If you are the franchise owner or manager reading this, DO BETTER. Fire is every single person in this place and go take notes from the location on race track.

Fountain drink tasted like piss water, food is fire tho. This part is fluff cause I need 85 characters
Says they are open till 9, yet we are trying to get food at 8:20 and they have doors locked. People are inside but they are done serving I guess! On a Saturday night!

Good food, fast service!!! Go thru the drive thru not dining room. The one thing that really is awful is the app. When they send you an email stating that BOGO on app only, but to use it nothing is credited to your purchase. Even called the store but they couldn't help. Wonder why? nobody cares and this app?????? Way to lose customers??

Some of their dishes are good but definitely their wings does not offer a good value for the money, $30 for 10 bone in wings is excessively expensive and the wings quality not even compare with its competitors, to my opinion there’s better options out there when it refers to chicken wings.
