No eggroll order citrus vinaigrette they give the wrong dressing order 2 tacos as well with avocado ranch and they put chipottle ranch also order 2 kid meal with small drink pay for upgrade and they give kids cups twice aldeady in different days

Waited for 2 hours for a delivery order that I never received, store claim they never go the order but confirmed it on my end. Several dashers went to the store to pick up the order all failed attempts. For Zaxby's customer care to tell me that my refund would take 7-12 days to be returned to my card. ordered the #4 (one boneless and one traditional) those boneless nuggs had to be the wimpiest nuggs i’ve ever been given. that was sad. the traditional ones were so overcooked and hard with an odd smell to them very disappointed.

This my 2nd time coming here around 7- 7:30. Food was horrible ? only 1 car ahead of me,when I get to the window my food ready fries cold chicken nuggets like they gave me the crumbs from the bottom of the bag, hard and cold hardly no meat never ever coming back here again. Will drive a few miles extra hope it's better if not zaxby,s will join my list of places never to eat at again.

Come on Zaxbys. You are one of the nicest fast food restaurants located in a food desert. Do you think you would pay more attention to the quality of your food. I received my five piece boneless wings. Every one of them was cut open like they questioned whether they were done or not. Red flag! The fries were cold as always. a little less mediocre if you ask me, Zaxby’s is one of my favorite. But if you were located in a nicer part of town, you would probably do better.

I'm very disappointed in those chicken tacos. Need to take that off the menu. Really wasted my time and money. Chicken tender, 2 tomatoes and lettuce. I wished my taco looked like that from the commercial. That's what inspired me to get it in the first place. Now even more disappointed cause I did not get anything like the Pic. Dropped to 1 start

The staff is the BEST! They’re friendly, fun, and is accurate with customers orders. The food is usually pretty good. I love how they call your name when your order is ready to avoid mixups. Each time I visited the store, the dining area was clean, as well as the restrooms. I was impressed when I witnessed an employee, wash her hands after using the restroom. That is the main reason I patronized this particular store. Parking is adequate and the restaurant is easily accessible for people with disabilities. The strawberry lemonade is the best!
Kid-friendliness: The menu is definitely kid friendly and so is the dining area.
Wheelchair accessibility: There are handicap spaces available at the front entrance, and the store is Wheelchair assessable

I was in drive thru, and I guess the speaker quit working. A person came out with a pad and started with the car behind me taking orders. He realized his mistake and apologized. We get to the windows, and I am not sure what was happening inside. They got us our drinks and asked us to pull out of the way. We got our food, and I only checked for the meals. I wanted bacon and cheese added to a sandwich and did not get it and was charged for it.
