Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I ask for white fried chedar bites drive thru i love them,but they were to dark burn.i inform the employe she said she cant take them so i put the in car my son grave them she made me take them away to give them back and gave me this.

1/5 – Worst Zaxby’s experience ever (Commonwealth Ave, Jacksonville).

I always get the Cheddar/White Cheddar Bites at other Zaxby’s locations and they’re always golden and perfect. Here, they gave me burnt bites—twice.

The first ones were burnt, and when I tried to return them, the employee said she couldn’t take them back. My autistic son started crying, so I gave him one just to calm him down. When she brought the second order (also burnt), she literally verbally snatched the food out of my child’s hands. Completely unacceptable.

Both orders were bad, the service was awful, and the way they handled it was disrespectful and unprofessional.

Never coming back to this location.

I just got a salad where the egg roll was refried & burnt! The chicken dry and the salad was awful! Very disappointing!

The VERY WORST LOCATION YOU CAN VISIT…. I came to this location on my lunch break just now the food was extremely burnt and the customer service is beyond POOR … DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE this location will not satisfy your bucks …. The young lady they have on the intercom is rude and unprofessional she’s currently on the mic now 11/15/25 12:17p she is of light complexion… told me there’s a drink machine in the lobby but my order was placed through the drive thru my whole order was not of satisfaction when I was clear on what I ordered all the way down to the light ice (which my cup was completely full of ice smh) please don’t spend your money here EVERY-TIME IS A DISAPPOINTMENT

It was one my favorite spot until the quality of the food is going down. I order a 10 chicken finger and got chewing rubber this is very disappointing. Bite one time and it over. I spent 17 dallors for me to have to come back up there for them to fix my order in which the owner told me to bring back the product so he can replace it are you going to replace my gas? No cause they don't care about the customer. Zaby is a good brand yet u might want to go to another unless u want them playing with your food time and money. This is the second time this happens. On the pictures where you see my finger is the part that's hard and it over half of them I ate 2 paid to much to only eat 2.Look at the size of the first one. Just bad. Go somewhere else.

Won’t be ordering from here anymore. Charged me FOR A FULL LARGE DRINK when I ordered a large ice water. I told the cashier that the other zaxbys location didn’t charge for ice water and he responded “well that’s other locations “ ok well I’ll be going back to the other locations then

I drove 20 minutes to Zaxbys and was overcharged due to my order being rung up separately. I only received wings instead of the meal and paid more than expected. The wings were dry and tough, the other meal was almost inedible, and the fries were salty, cold, and hard. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience that doesn't even deserve one star.
