The drive-thru workers are rude. My food was cold and nasty. Don’t recommend this location unless you want rude employees and cold food.

Did your survey, got an email with a freebie, all it took was to scan it. Well, I tried several times, girl with reddish hair, cashier, admitted they've had problems with the scanner, she was rude, no help, after several times I asked for the manager, or a different way to scan it and She Flat out refused! She offered no help and acted as though we were just an inconvenience to her. I asked again for manager and she said No he won't help either.
So, we took ourselves out the door!
She lost business for this location by not offering to help us. We eat at this location several times a month, never saw her before today. But as far as Im concerned, I will Not return to this location because they're quality has gone down daily. When your people are rude, food lacks quality, your business is a Failure.
Ok. I did send a note to corporate and they sent me the coupon via app vs email. So I appreciate the response and I will use the coupon at a different location. I hope that the store managers at Commonwealth location, can make changes to better this location.

10 fingers in tongue torch means 10 fingers in tongue torch. Not 9. It’s expensive for their fingers and for them to short you one, unacceptable.
They would get 2 star if the were able to get large orders correct. When orders are already packed, teach your workers to double check behind themselves to make sure anything that is order is packed. It really is an inconvenience when someone has to drive back. On 4 separate occasions, this has happen and no one is ever apologetic for the inconvenience. My company has spend over $400 per order but this is the last time. You have lost a customer!!!

I came in today and asked just for a grilled cheese sandwich I was told with a nasty attitude that i would have to get the whole entire meal and that I can’t just get the sandwich, what sense does that make? I’ve been to other zaxbys and was able to order the sandwich without getting the whole meal, yall need to do better whoever was taking my order did not know what she was talking about.

During our visit tonight our orders all was wrong we took over 15 mins going over these orders with the cashier repeating what each of us wanted. They charged us for the extra sizes and still our food was wrong once we got it and left fast due to a man raging for his order being wrong and us having kids with us. We spent over 80 bucks on food to not have anything right we ordered or missing parts of our combo meals we ordered. My chicken was only 3 when I asked for 4 and I didnt get any coleslaw ask requested as my side with my fries and chicken finger plate. My kids fries loaded wants right nor the milkshakes they ordered. My youngest sandwich wasnt cooked fully for a grilled sandwich. It was horrible and a waste of our hard working money to go out to eat to be put in a crazy place due to orders and customers drama while we had our kids in there next to it to then having our order completed and all wrong just like the dude upset. Called store but no answer at 846pm and the close in 10mins. So will call again in the morning.

Went in and ordered 2 big Zac snacks tenders were small and my frys were super salty. Call in to speak with manager left on hold for over 13 minutes. Called back 4 times before making contact Mikarah. She then asked what the problem was. I told her and said I am going to pit you through to my supervisor and laughed. I don't know what funny. No one apogized for leaving me on so long. Spoke to Ross the manager who appeared to be irritated or something. She said I will put name down to replace a big Zax snack. They both should have been replaced. I called their Corp number. As this was really poor customer service that was received.

Shift manager’s attitude sucks. Asked me if I ordered said yes mam and she already seemed to be in a mood (not my problem) she called my name when I was directly in front I her, I let her know yes mam that is mine. She looks at me and puts it all the way on the other side of the counter and idk why . Will never go back, her bad day should be left at home. Only saving grace was the cashier who saw what happened and said sorry and for me to have a good day.
