Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Ordered a sensation salad. When I opened it, dressing was already on it and the bowl was not full like it normally is. It’s also missing wonton strips. Lettuce is all old-tasting. Not ordering again

Ordered my food on the app and set it to pick up in the drive thru. I get up to the window and she says it’s not ready so I need to move up and they’ll bring it out when it’s ready. So I move up and the food never comes. Moral of the story, never move up form the window until you get your food.

So yesterday lunchtime, I placed a pickup order while I was at work. My boyfriend was planning on bringing it to me, but wasn’t able to pick it up for an hour. When my bf was finally able to go get the order, the manager kindly remade the food that had been sitting even though she did not have to because it was our fault the timing didn’t align. I work a lot and I’m exhausted all the time and it’s the small acts of kindness like making sure someone receives hot food regardless of what they have going on that really keeps the world going. I really appreciate it. I will be coming back and splurging at y’all’s location. And to whoever the woman was who went the extra step for me thanks mama, I hope you have yourself a blessed week.

Every time I visit this location, the staff members have the nastiest attitudes, and I’m honestly tired of it. Last week, one of the employees got upset because she made a mistake with my order. When I asked her to repeat it, she seemed irritated and even threw my change into my hand. Then, just a few moments ago, I handed my card to the employee at the window, and she laughed sarcastically before saying, “You gotta wait, it’s not working,” as if I was being impatient—when I had no way of knowing the system wasn’t working. At the next window, the employee didn’t speak to me or even acknowledge me. Overall, it feels like everyone who works there dislikes their job, and it really shows in their customer service

My food today was absolutely disgusting! Can’t believe I paid $20 for this… I ordered the lemon pepper wings and things. My tenders were fresh and tasteful. However, my wings been sitting for awhile. They were hard and dried out, and inedible. They served me the ugliest wings you could ever give someone. So poor and dissatisfied! I should kick this nasty food across their parking lot!!

Um…what the actual hell is going on with the size of the chicken tenders? Not to mention how SALTY everything was?? I am never having Zaxbys again when local spots have much better chicken for a WAY better price. Corporate have lost their minds.

Really wish there was a zero star option. Worst zaxbys in Jax. Always have a problem but figured I’d give them another chance. Ordered online, then get to the window and instead of just making sure my foods ready the fat lady at the window told me to “pull up and it’ll be ready at 7:24 like the app says” but I pull up and am sitting until 7:54, 30 minutes later to find out all I’m waiting on is sweet tea. Now all of our foods cold and soggy and they didn’t even say they were waiting on tea or anything. I coulda just got a different drink no problem. But then after an hour adventure of getting what’s supposed to be fast food I check the bag and half of my order isn’t in there. And they don’t wanna do a refund unless we bring the food back. What food?! Also the extra sauces they MAKE SURE YOU PAY FOR, they never make sure it’s in the damn bag. But they gave me my cheesecake bite sauce just not the cheesecake bites LMAO. A bunch of idiots working there. Nearly $40 later wishing I had just gone to McDonald’s at this point.

Unbelievable. I had an online order for $40

I came to pick it up and the bag was sealed. I asked the worker if all the sauces are there? She responded “ everything in the bag”

I get back to the office. Not a single sauce.

You guys need to learn better how to put sauce in the bags or give extra sauce when someone actually asks “ if I can get more sauce “ don’t just respond “ everything in the bag”

This is 2nd time this happened from the same location.

Hours are totally incorrect any obviously they didn’t care enough to change them

Went pretty late very good team they keep you informed they are nice all good things great experience I live closer to the Commonswealth location but it's night and day the service and the food quality I would rather drive
