Went to get a house salad. It was full of bacon. Went back to get it corrected. There's onion stems on it. It did smell like onions but I figured it was the fried onions. I didn't go back and I won't.

Our organization, Sponsored By Grace brought 30 kids and 17 adults to this location on March 15th for dinner. The staff was amazing in the way the handled such a large group with so many children. They took all the orders with grace. The food came out fast considering how much we ordered and everything was so fresh and hot. I can not recommend this location enough. Would give them 10 stars if it were an option!Thank you so much to the team at this location. We will be back soon!

Drive thru 40 mins before close, tenders were ice cold and did not receive extra zax sauce that I paid for.Went back to request another zax sauce in lieu of the one I was missing and I was told “I got it.” However they did provide an extra one. I didn’t even want to attempt to address the issue with the tenders.

I love Zaxbys but this location has very poor customer service and is extremely rude. I was given absolutely no sauces even though I paid for extra, and my drinks were small, even though I paid for large. I'm just going to throw this meal in the garbage. One day when I'm dining in Hell, I may have to eat Zaxby's without any sauce, but not today.

The Nibblerz combo was good as always, but one of the buns wasn't cut correctly. It's a minor critique.
Food is delicious, service is super fast and friendly. I come about twice a week for lunch here because of that and Sharon who is the sweetest person , she always makes me feel special, thank you!!!

Manager Tez was great in handling a order that wasn't made right.
I usually never have any issues but the drive thru order taker was so rude and impatient. I drove off and went to KFC instead. As someone who works heavily in Customer Service for 10 plus years, he shouldn’t be client facing until he gets further coaching. Idk what the kids name was but it’s definitely a very poor reflection on this business. I’ve never turned away from a drive thru until that day. Kindness and respect should be a requirement for this job.

Great for a quick bite and in a hurry. Drive-thru is always pretty fast. Never had an issue with food being wrong and everything seemed fresh. Love the new Asian salad. A little pricey but paying for quality. Been here a few times when the line was long but moved fast. New egg rolls were very good as well.
