I was given the wrong order in the drive thru so I had to go inside with my sick son. Marvasha was extremely rude and unwilling to resolve my issue. She was very unprofessional to the point of calling me, "baby girl." She needs some training in people skills and an attitude adjustment. You work at Zaxby's. It's not that hard baby girl.

Always an issue with an order. Bad service

I’ve been to every Zaxbys in the area and surrounding ( multiple times because I travel for work) and this is by far the best! Skye, Amber, Tacarra and Dominique all deserve raises!! Great customer service, food fresh and good, running a company I know the right employees help your business go a long way, take care of those women, they are an asset.

The food is so rich and good. It would be better if you can go inside and be treated like a customer but the food is still good

The atmosphere was decent, you get the kind of service you’d expect from teenagers. The food is always great however and I always end up going back to Zaxbys.

Ordered zax snack meal and a sauced tenders meal and both meals were inedible
Three tiny slivers of overcooked rock hard chicken in the zax snack meal and the same with the tender meal but with sauce on too. Cost over $21 for basically 2 cokes . Awful oh yes and we had to park and wait to get the chicken

Drive through service July 1 @ 8pm was horrible. Had to repeat my order 3 times, twice while at the actual window. They charged my credit card for two separate (and posted) dinners. I have called the store with no luck. Will be disputing charges with my credit card company. Hindsight I’m left wondering if these kids running the drive through did this deliberately thinking they could get away with it.

Been going here for a few years..food is always hot and fresh. Service is always pretty fast and very friendly. I love the Kickin Chicken Sandwich..just the right kind of spicy.

The crew this evening had us wait as if we were getting fresh food, everything was old even the bread was stale. The just heated our food up a little bit.

I always loved and enjoyed going to Zaxby's. It's a great place for dining in and take out. They're always delivered by serving their customers and serving fresh food. Great customer service, Great food and clean environment. ?
