We have given this Zaxby’s location 3 attempts to make our order correctly, but each time they are more and more disappointing. All of the items taste like bitter and old dirty cooking oil. The chicken sandwiches are so thin they could give you a papercut. It’s all breading and very minimal chicken. The food quality is horrendous. Their chicken tenders were as hard as a rock. We will not be back, unfortunately.

Zaxbys management stop causing employees issues from horrible policies. The ticket is not complete or closed till food is delivered. You think making customers move from drive thru window to parking lot means you served the food in under a minute. NO!!! Then how much time you waste by taking only 1 order at a time, then moving from drive thru window to keep to your 1 minute management rule, when takes longer serving this way. It does nothing but make customers angry. Look at reviews

First off, the food was very good. No complaints there. We ordered ahead of time on the app and then haf about a 3-5 minute drive there. The parking lot was empty when we arrived. So much so that I wondered if they were even open. We went through the drive thru and were told to park on the side. It took at least 10 minutes for the food to come out. Considering we had a 6 hour trip ahead of us, that's a killer. The staff was nice enough, but waiting taking 15-20 minutes for a fast food order at an empty restaurant?

Go to the Zaxby’s in town center instead.

Chicken here is usually a bit overcooked, and they skimp on the sauce to the point it’s not so much a sauce, but a seasoning.

Also it made my fiancee sick a month ago.

Zaxby’s is dope, just not really this one, sorry

I ordered a chef salad without bacon. It didn't have eggs either si I called and the manager placed my name on a list for a complimentary salad. I went back a few days later for my salad and ordered it again, without bacon. To my surprise, this salad didn't have any eggs either AND barely any chicken. To add insult to injury, the cucumbers were mushy and the greens under the top layer were wilted and going bad. Basically, I still didn't get to enjoy my salad as requested. BEWARE, this location isn't very busy and this may be why. They are extremely inefficient and apparently don't value customer satisfaction. I don't find pleasure in posting negative reviews but I'm compelled that others need to know to be cautious with salads at this location.

Unlike the San Jose and Sunbeam location this place is great. Fresh food and a great manager unlike that other one. Corporate needs to close the other one.
