Aron and Tieeeeeesha, first off they smile in your face and are rude as all get out to customers who have a legitimate complaint.. I've seen Aron yell at a lady over her having paid her money is gone shows proof shows app online purchase yet told she bought nothing it's her fault and threatened her right off the lot . now me I worked today 5/6/25 7am to 530pm no lunch straight work today.. get off go hey me and my kid are hungry Zaxby's again 3 time this week so far.. sure why...read full review
Went to the new Zaxbys today on new kings road . Got the big Zax box for our family . Double drive thru which makes it so much faster . We were In an out within 10 mins . We even had to park and wait for our box which I expected but we didn’t sit for longer than 5 mins and the young lady who brought the food to my window was so sweet and we had a whole conversation🥰 I told her we would definitely be back because we are literally right down the road . I arrived at 6:45 AM to line up for the Zaxby’s free meals for a year giveaway, expecting it to start at 10:30 AM as advertised. By 8 AM, I was told the first 100 giveaways had already been handed out to people who lined up much earlier, even the day before. I’m very upset because I took time off work for this and feel it’s unfair that they didn’t follow the advertised start time. This was poorly handled.
