Zaxby’s on Roosevelt Boulevard in Jacksonville Florida is fantastic! The service was impeccable, Mr. Jackie, Aaliyah, Taniyah, Alyssa and Alana We’re extremely helpful and very patient with me and my four kiddos. They were very well mannered and The service was just Wonderful! I did not get the names of the cooks, however, the food was hot, there was plenty of it, and the flavor was so good! This was a great choice for a Friday night with a mom of four young ones to eat food that tasted good and didn’t break the bank…… it was a huge bonus that the staff was so helpful to me and my kids!! We will definitely be back to this location!

I work on the base so I eat lunch at this Zaxby's location often. Today, I ordered the four finger meal online. I asked for ranch dressing to dip my fingers in and coleslaw as my side. I get back to work with my lunch. Please note that I didn't have long because I have a meeting in a few minutes. I open up the bag and there's no utensils and no ranch. If this were the first time I encountered not getting utensils or the wrong item in my food or no sauce, I wouldn't have taken the time to write this review. Thankfully, I came back to the office so that I could grab a fork to eat my coleslaw with and thankfully someone had left some unused Chick-fil-A Polynesian sauce in the fridge so I had something to dip my fingers in. Who wants to pay for lunch and specifically tell the restaurant what you want and not get it? Noone wants to scavenger hunt for essentials like utensils after they've paid their money. As I noted before, this has happened numerous times and at some point the management needs to ensure customers are getting what they paid for or be prepared for customers to look for order accuracy and good customer service elsewhere.

Manager was open to conversation regarding a safety concern i had. I am on crutches and the restroom was very slippery, my crutches were sliding. She started addressing the concern immediately. She was friendly.

Lemon pepper dry rub taste no lemon pepper at all & they didn’t taste fresh & they were absolutely dry & plain & I was very disappointed ☹️

Taniyah was very helpful. I grew up in Atlanta, and I haven’t had easy access to a Zaxby’s in years, so I was really excited to eat here again. I was fumbling with my order and Taniyah helped me figure it out quickly. I really appreciate her professional customer service.
