This was a To go order for 2 cheesesteaks made online. I got the food 20 minutes after it said it was ready and it looks like they dropped it on the floor. I got a call from the GM offering to remake it but I would not trust that. I definitely won't go back

What a shame this place is and I can’t believe Dexter is allowing it to happen. I’ve been a long time customer of this restaurant and after my last 3 experiences with refried chicken and cold fries I will not be back until they fire everyone and hire people who want to do their job. From the top to bottom this place needs new staff and I’m sure all the regulars can agree. Just going to be another westside restaurant that closes because of the employees.

Holy lack of management. This store needs a serious corporate intervention. The entire restaurant was disgusting, drive through line wrapped around the building, angry people from the drive through and in house orders in there getting angry with staff. Upon walking in the lady walking out literally wished me luck because she waited half an hour for 2 salads. Being a restaurant owner that does extremely high volume I’m always willing to give some grace, but this isn’t an issue with any individual staff member but clearly a much larger management issue. Staff acts like they don’t know what’s going on, doesn’t seem to be anyone even resembling a manager that looks like they have any idea what’s going on. Someone needs to step in at this location asap. Bunch of kids in here (which is fine with proper management in place) that need actual direction.

I am so dissatisfied I ordered the chicken tacos that they had and this is what I got!! And it’s not like I could go to the store because I ordered it through DoorDash, but I guess when you order through DoorDash, they just do people food any kind of way and it doesn’t matter to them and I was on my lunch break! So upset !! And I love Zaxby’s!!

The service was quick and given with a smile. Spicy isn't an option, and the breading is on the heavy side. Why is it that the same breading is used for the shrimp? The price of the shrimp meal was a bit high for the number of shrimp given. Overall, the food was ok. Blessings
