We've gone to this Zaxby's many times and the food is good however, the first time we dined in we witnessed an employee berate her kid and hit him. I'm scared of what she would do when they're not in public. Not cool.

I have to say, my experience at Zaxby’s was really disappointing. The food is way overhyped and definitely not worth it. while the food kinda looked decent, it didn’t taste nearly as good as people make them out to be. To make things worse, the food ran right through me—I barely made it home before having to rush to the bathroom. For all the hype, I expected much better quality and flavor, but it just didn’t deliver. I won’t be going back.

Food at zaxby is typical as it is at zaxby, but this location has the most dirty floors and bathrooms. The floors are so dirty that there is so much grease on the floors that you are slipping on the floors. This is not only unhealthy because of floors are this dirty I can only imagine how the kitchen area is! With that said, being at a very good location, this place should be very clean and the company should take a closer look at it before somebody will slip and fall which come with other issues. I will never bring my family here again!

the girl at the drive thru (young girl with braids) put in the order wrong. couldnt find the drink on the machine and gave us strawberry sprite when we told her multiple times we wanted strabwerry creme soda. when we received the food after waiting 15 minutes, she put traditional for both when we asked for boneless. so we asked for boneless, but they didnt toss the wings in the sauce they just put it on top. they need to replace the girl in the drive thru and get better cooks.

The food was nasty and the customer service can be better. My toast was burnt and the food was cold and the fries tasted old. My sauce given was open and spilled in the little bag. Ugh I’m sorry but I’m very disappointed and don’t recommend this place at alllll

Every time I come here the place is severely understaffed. If youre having a hard time retaining workers here maybe it’s time to accept they need more pay.

Overall service was good. The quality of the food was not good. We ordered a four finger plate and one of the tenders was not a full size tender, more like a nugget. I’m not sure what happened to the toast but it also wasn’t full sized

Well, the workers who I interacted with picking up my order were nice but the food was terrible! The chicken tenders are more like chicken nuggets. I will just get tenders from a restaurant as they are bigger and cost the same. I ordered the chicken club sandwich and when I got home it was a tiny piece of chicken on bread. I elected to ask for it with no pickles but they decided I didn't need the cheese or bacon either. Yeah, think it's my last time ordering here.
