Chicken tenders kids meal almost $8 with tiny mini tenders size of nuggets 😆 serve was fast and friendly, fries were delicious

Went to get dinner. Ordered a kids finger meal. A 5pc finger meal and a spicy chicken sandwich meal. The sandwich meal had no fries. When i went back in for fries they were nice enough. When i got home we were missing two chicken fingers an the fries had a bunch of hairs in it. It was truly disgusting. Will not be going back

I was looking to order food tonight, and I like Zaxbys. Except it's this location that is closest to me. It's been about a year since nice been. The service sucked almost every time I went there. I also saw that other customers ran into the problem where they closed the doors early. I'm glad I looked at the most recent comments, and how most everyone is still having bad experiences at this location. So I won't be going there any time soon once again. Not only that, but every comment has a response from their AI corporate team asking you to make a report on their web site. What kind of crap is that!? They see the Google reviews and haven't changed a thing. Shame on the management, shame on that locations management and shame on most of the employees of that store. I wouldn't go there if I were you. Maybe the JTB location can feed you tonight

I wish I would have had an opportunity to order my food. I walked in, my husband and I took a few minutes to figure out what we were going to order. The girl working asked if we were ready, before I could answer she walked away. After a few minutes she came back and asked if it was dine in or carry out. I guess I didn't answer fast enough because she just walked away again and started doing something else. I stood there for 5 min. Only ones in the dining room. Idk if she was having a bad a day but she was completely rude to me. I left without ordering because if she didn't want to take my order, I didn't want her to make my food. I'd hate to think it was a black and white issue.

When I arrived, customer service at the counter was great. The young lady who helped me was polite — she didn’t make the food, so I can’t blame her — but when I asked if everything was correct, she told me everything was in the bag. Unfortunately, when I got home, I discovered I was missing the grilled chicken, the extra wontons, and both egg rolls (the salad comes with one, and I ordered an additional one).

I had to drive all the way back to the Town Center location after calling and giving them my order information over the phone. The young lady I spoke to said they would fix it. When I arrived, the manager on duty seemed clueless about the situation. Thankfully, I was able to pull up my order on the app since I didn’t have the receipt, and they remade my food correctly this time.

Still, the experience was frustrating. I shouldn’t have had to spend extra time and gas to get what I already paid for. The second meal was correct and fresh, but the overall experience left a bad impression. I’m giving three stars only because the final meal was made right and the cashier was polite, but I won’t be returning to this location. I’ll stick with the University location — they’ve never disappointed me.

Worst place for order pick up. Staff are locking doors every night before 9pm but if you check online & mention on the doors time is 10pm. Very unprofessional and rude service. They don’t care about customer. UNETHICAL BEHAVIOR. MANAGEMENT SHOULD NOTICE. ZERO STAR. 👎🏻

Every time I go to this zaxbys they either mess up my order or say they don’t have any product. It’s ridiculous that all you sell is chicken and fries and you don’t have them available? Worst Zaxbys around, will never return.

I’ve been to this zaxbys multiple times since its the closest to my house and work and each time I go it’s a luck of the draw situation, no matter what time of day it’s a 50/50 shot on whether or not my food is going to suck. Half the time the fries don’t have a scrap of seasoning on them and then the state of the fried products is either undercooked or overcooked I’d breather make the drive to another zaxbys and waste my time and gas for better food than what this one provides.

We've gone to this Zaxby's many times and the food is good however, the first time we dined in we witnessed an employee berate her kid and hit him. I'm scared of what she would do when they're not in public. Not cool.

I have to say, my experience at Zaxby’s was really disappointing. The food is way overhyped and definitely not worth it. while the food kinda looked decent, it didn’t taste nearly as good as people make them out to be. To make things worse, the food ran right through me—I barely made it home before having to rush to the bathroom. For all the hype, I expected much better quality and flavor, but it just didn’t deliver. I won’t be going back.

Food at zaxby is typical as it is at zaxby, but this location has the most dirty floors and bathrooms. The floors are so dirty that there is so much grease on the floors that you are slipping on the floors. This is not only unhealthy because of floors are this dirty I can only imagine how the kitchen area is! With that said, being at a very good location, this place should be very clean and the company should take a closer look at it before somebody will slip and fall which come with other issues. I will never bring my family here again!
