Walked in for dine in and pretty much ignored because the drive thru is top priority. The worst night of service I've ever seen at this location. 11/1/24 7 p.m. Corporate will be getting a call .

The food is fine. The staff forgot to give my son his tenders in his meal. When I drive back I was met with an attitude. Then I see the girl say to the cook, I don’t know she probably ate them. I wait. She comes out with out saying anything to me. I sat and waited for some type of accountability and she shoves the bag at my face through the car window. Gave me a snotty smile and said have a great night. Anyways, I won’t be back to the location. Immature children.

I love the Spicy Fried Mushrooms ? The chicken strips ? aren't dry. The coating is delicious! I recommend, Zaxby's for a quick lunch on the go or to bring home dinner! Enjoy ❤️

Waited at drive through line, was alone now there’s 12 cars behind me cause no one will take my order. They said one second, it’s been 30 minutes. Place is a waste of time don’t bother coming too this franchise that obviously the owner doesn’t take care of, go eat somewhere else and let this place close down for good.

Went in on 5/23, ordered 3 full meals that resembles the crumbs in the bottom of a chicken tender bag, the entire plate was a joke for over $30, this is unacceptable, I much rather you guys say we don’t have it than to serve up scraps… I absolutely will not be returning

These guys are fantastic! Always hot, always friendly, always good food! You still have to ask for ketchup though, they aren’t saints!

To start off the service is excellent as always . Atmosphere excellent great food as always . There is one issue though with the survey they said they offer you a free desert or drink but don't do it it's a scam they are tricking you in getting that food. Very disappointing . Get your act together Zaxby's

I recently visited Zaxby's and had a fantastic experience! There was no wait in line, and the customer service was exceptional. The food was absolutely delicious, making me eager to return to the same location next time. The environment was quiet and peaceful, providing a perfect setting to enjoy a relaxing lunch.
