Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

9 dollars for a chicken sandwich, but needed to charge me full price for a cup of water. Does that cup really cost that much?

The food is good here, but I have often stopped through the drive-thru on the way to somewhere I go after work once a week, and several times they have shorted me things that should be in my order. Most of the time it's short a chicken finger or missing a side or something. This last time it was both. I mean, it's not that big of a deal I guess, but at the prices they charge, when everything is expensive right now, they have shorted me for the last time and I will not be back.

My husband and I visited last night, a Saturday night, at 8:25. No one else inside, maybe 1 or 2 went through the drive through while we were there. Placed our order, looked for a table. All the tables were sticky and dirty. Looked for napkins to wipe off one of the least dirty tables. No napkins anywhere. Had to ask for them. Then my bench seat wobbled. Just dealt with it since I didn't want to clean another table. There were at least 4-5 young men working, so they weren't short handed. We ordered a salad and a chicken sandwich. We waited...and waited...and waited. After waiting ten minutes I went up and asked about our order. A young man who may have been in charge apologized and said he was trying to get the kitchen moving and it wouldn't be much longer. He gave me my salad, which was pre made. The Texas toast was somehow flattened, but it all tasted fine. We waited 5 more minutes for my husband's sandwich. 15 minute wait in total. So much for fast food. And when he got his sandwich there was so much sauce on it, it was really hard to eat. The staff were all very apologetic about the wait and polite when I asked for napkins, then a knife. While I'm getting this all out, one last thing. For awhile the music was a bit over the top hard rock for a fast food place. I love all kinds of music, but the Foo Fighters are not my choice for dinner music. The music did go back to more middle of the road stuff after 3-4 songs. This used to be a good reliable, fast option, but unfortunately our experience last night probably won't see us going back anytime soon.

Cobb salad was delicious and perfect portion. Milkshake was good too. Quick drive thru and I good special of 50% off, couldn't resist ...and worth it. Nice, helpful, patient staff and was quick for my short 30 min lunch break.

My first time eating from Zaxbys I decided to use the online service to order and pick up. I’m pretty good at following instructions but obviously the workers didn’t get the memo so when I pulled up to the window as instructed to give my name and pick up my order I was yelled at NEXT TIME STOP AT THE BOX AND GIVE US YOUR NAME!!! Trust me when I say there won’t be a next time 💯 Learn to speak to people and not yell at them and ofc have a great day 🙂

Went to zaxbys for a after work snack after a long day. Paid 2.99 plus tax for a small fry and you get more fries in most kids meal than this! Times are hard and this is crazy.
