Amazing food and friendly staff

The Zaxby's on San Jose and Marborn rd. in Jacksonville Florida was horrible. I ask for fresh fries or hot fries and when I got my food it was horrible the was cold and no hot anything I ask for, hopefully next time the next person they will do good. Be Bless

Zaxby’s, I’m done. I’m done with your food preparation order 10 wings and fries wings were overcooked. You could barely eat them. It was like a desert and the fries were undercooked writing this review because it’s been a year since I’ve eaten at Zaxby’s used to go to the Regency store I thought I’d try a different restaurant if it was different nope wrong.

I have never had a bad experience at this zacbys (really any zaxbys) but we progress. Food: hot fresh and delicious. Crew: Polite, quick, yet patient with my 100000 questions of the stupid delicious taco thing going on rn. Try that. Atmosphere: I have never been inside, no place is perfect so i left a 4 start on atmosphere lolol. Defo a fav stop for the prego wife. I love her btw. Just thought I sprinkle that in a review. Love you babe. We should go on a date, here at this place, staring in each other's eyes and making others feel encouraged by our love..... *cough* ye the food is good here.

Don't go at lunch time. Super slow and don't have but one register open. Jus sad and had a weird smell

I ordered for pick and no one came out, had to call to get someone to bring my food out. I ordered a large size and the fries looked small and the drink was extremely sugary I couldn’t even drink it. Fries had seasoning stuck one side. Wrap was okay. Don’t think I will be coming back.

The app doesn’t update when construction is getting done and they have closed for the day, it allows you to pay for a meal even when they are closed.

It was our second time here, and they forgot our loaded fry at the drive thru pick up window that we checked immediately in front of the associate at the window. The man at the window was professional and told his manager, and the manager says right in front of my family and I “did you just hand it to them?” The man at the window said “yes.” We were taken aback as that is a question and conversation you have not in front of customers. We said multiple times we have our receipt. They made us wait until the entire drive thru was cleared to hand us off our cold fry ten minutes later. The manager needs to work on customer service and the manager should be checking that food is prepared correctly especially for pick up items. Associates handed us our fry without looking at us saying nothing quickly walking off after we waited with my family standing outside the car about to go in with our receipt to see what’s going on. Oh yeah, and raw bacon! No ranch provided for our salads either. We will not be back. Don’t go here!!!!!!!!! I will be reporting this location’s establishment to the Better Business Bureau and to the Corporate Headquarters immediately.

I tried a different Zaxby's which was the one on airport Rd in Jacksonville Florida for the lemon pepper wings they were horrible the wings were old and they had a funny smell they I waited at the drive thru window for about 10 minutes which was strange waiting on old food, there was on about 10 pieces of French fries on my plate I don't know what is going on with the lemon pepper wings but I will not be buying them again they looked like they were dug out the trash and heated up that's how bad they were and the smell is horrible plus they were greasy do everybody a favor Zaxby's and take them off your menu please because nobody knows how to cook them!!!!

It must be little kids working up in this place from afternoon to close because aint no way my food is ALWAYS cold and old !!!!! Yall need to get a better group in there. They act like they don't want their jobs or to work. When its plenty ppl round here that need a job. PLAY W MY FOOD AGAIN N ITS A PROBLEM
